I was disappointed with the food quality during my recent visit. I personally prefer non-halal options and would appreciate it if KFC could offer more variety to cater to different preferences. I believe providing choices for everyone can enhance the experience for all customers. I hope KFC considers this feedback to better serve the diverse community in Canada.These 4-5% people are making Canada worst by imposing their beliefs

food here is not good for health. me and my friends bought 10pcs bucket made all of us sick. such a disappointment all our holidays/Christmas spent being sick. I wish i was never there.

Second time they have messed up my order!!! Ordered through Uber for pickup as I work and are on a tight schedule, long story short I ordered a double patty box and paid $4 more but when I went back to work I noticed they gave me a single patty sandwich. When I contacted Uber they told me that’s too bad you should have checked when you were at the store. NO! HOW ABOUT YOU GET THE ORDER RIGHT IN THE FRIST PLACE !!!

I’m not happy with my order because they gave me a cold burger and fries, I went up and showed it to the cashier, she said that’s how it should be, I was in shock and couldn’t eat the cold burger, they didn’t offer me a replacement and didn’t give me a refund.

Terrible behaviour and service by this branch. They close at 9pm, i was there 8.45. Ordered the food at 8.58. And Pavni ( “manager” ) told it is late, we cant make the food. Woow! The manager and employees definitely need a good training of job and customer satisfaction!

I visited Van Milles today and I guarantee that I will not shop from you again. Your employees are disrespectful, they don't listen to orders, they are tired and sullen, they don't suit the brand at all, I didn't eat your food, I threw it in the trash, never again.
