i purchase bucket of popcorn chichen, & i ask to the manager how much , he entered regular price & as iknow its $10 promotion , why he doesnt know kfc promotion & he ask to the crew?i requested fresh they served even not hot fries soogy & hard , i didnt purchase drinks coz, he charged me $3:14 as added to my food, wheres quality of the food

Food was horrible, the salt was super high and the chicken itself had no meat like they gave me 70% breading and 30% chicken it was defiantly rushed, they did not stick to the original recipe at all, this is not the standard kfc

The food was over salted and overpriced, I paid 9 dollars for a water bottle and 7up, and the fried chicke was defintly not original recipe it tasted like it was 30% salt, and there was barely any meat it was mostly breading.

On December 7th, I waited approximately 15 minutes in line to receive my order, despite there being no crowds or congestion. The staff in charge of food delivery repeatedly delayed the process with false promises of “just two more minutes” or “three more minutes,” and when they attempted to refund my money, I was made to wait another two minutes due to their lack of familiarity with the process. Additionally, no apology was offered, which is highly unprofessional.

KFC Vaughan Mills has gone from being the Best KFC Location in the GTA to the Worst KFC Location in the GTA! I ordered the 10 Piece Original Recipe Fried Chicken Bucket with 3 Large Sides. All 10 Original Recipe Fried Chicken Pieces were raw!!! They want to make their Deep Frying Oil last longer. Their Onion Rings were burnt and their Gravy has been watered down! Finally, they are very cheap when it comes to Ketchup and Hot Sauce! What am I supposed to do with 4 Ketchups and 5 Hot Sauces with my order!!?? What a joke!
