Loukoumania Cafe

I’ve been to Loukoumania a few times, and while the dessert is always delicious and a real treat, the experience has been let down by the customer service. Unfortunately, I’ve encountered impolite servers on more than one occasion, which is disappointing.

It’s a shame because the quality of the desserts is excellent, and with better service, it could be a truly enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Food was great we got a latte and the ice cream loukmas. However service was very odd. One of the girls taking our order were very kind and recommended what we should get. However the one giving our order who had glasses on had an attitude and kept rolling her eyes every time we asked questions. That was really the only thing that ruined the experience.

At $5.75, the buttered coffee was expensive, but the taste was good. My favorite which is a must try, is the Loukoumades and Gelato with Nutella topping. It was super delicious.

Tried the new loukoumades with ice cream and pistachio cream — absolutely delicious! I’ve been to this place before, but now they’ve added new flavors and the ice cream is just divine. Plus, the staff is super friendly. Highly recommend checking it out! 🍦🍨❤️

If you wanna be taken to heaven and back, you need to stop off at this place. One of our clients brought us this heavenly treat, And I can assure you If you try it, you will not be disappointed. My favourite was the one with the chocolate on top. The other one had honey, and one had cinnamon.

Words can’t explain how much I enjoyed this. Keep up the great work.

Honest opinion. Overpriced. Better to just go to Mr. Puff, where they can split the puff balls in seperate boxes, they are cheaper and better there.

I thought the price was expensive, then the lady told us we can get up to three flavors, which made me somewhat a little more happy with the price. But then she ended up charging us for each of the three flavors, not telling us that it is a separate charge. Paid nearly $50 for a pack of 36 OILY puff balls and a seperate pack of 12 because they simply couldn’t give us another box.

Another thing was, I asked for peanut butter and Ferraro Roche, the lady put the toppings on when the puff balls were hot and the Nutella and PB just melted everywhere, it was a disaster, and toppings mixed everywhere in the box

Mr. Puff is not too far from this spot, save yourself money and go there :))

The moment you step in and smell the fresh baked goods you know this place is going to be great. It didn't disappoint. Coffees were on point. I tried the coffee with butter and a vanilla latte. Both had plenty of flavor and tasted great. The mini donuts (loukou...) were delicious and freshly made on the spot. Cannot recommend these enough. I will definitely come back to try other flavors. All the baked goods are really delicious. Pastries are extremely flakey and layered and bursting with flavor.

I loved the loukouma (after waiting for a long time). It tasted very authentic. The vibe was ok. I did have to wait a long time because of what looked like a staff shortage. It would be cool if they had more people available, but I still would give it another try.
