If you want to wait 30 minutes for one drink while they only focus on uber orders and not actual in store orders, this is the place for you. I’ve gone here on several occasions. And aside from prioritizing uber orders vs actual walk in customers, they are severely understaffed. I’m talking about there is literally only one qualified person mixing drinks, I assume it’s the owner and they don’t want to teach the workers how to make drinks but they do hire assistants but the assistants literally only take the order and don’t actually make it. Literally ONE person making drinks only. Literally waited 30 minutes for a freaking fruit tea. Never again.

The Vaughan location is pretty spacious with a nice vibe, great for hanging out with friends, casual dates, or even a relaxed meeting.
I'm usually picky with my matcha bc most places I just taste milk...but their matcha dragon well tasted very good and I can TASTE the tea which is what I always look for!! I really love their sesame and pandan mango ice cream too — creamy and rich and full of flavor. My go-to order that I absolutely love!

i usually rly like m cha bar but this time i am disappointed because why is like 20% of my drink missing if im paying $10 at least fill it up😭

The seasonal mango drinks are delicious! So far I’ve tried the matcha mango coconut and the pandan mango coconut, both of which were so good. Felt like a drinkable dessert! The store also offers a variety of good ice cream/gelato flavours, which have been pretty good so far as well.

The matcha coconut is way too sweet - making me dizzy! And there is no option to customize the sweetness!

The most hospitable and accommodating store. Staff are super friendly and super professional. The gelatos available are all so good and heavenly. The taro coconut drink is my wife’s favourite.
