Their points system were down since last September or October, we were asked to write down our names and phone number on a piece of paper, so they can manually add the points back once the system is upgraded. I was quite skeptical about it, but we insisted on going as we loved their bubble teas a lot. However , we have been noticing the inconsistency of the quality of their drinks. We were disappointed after trying couple times. Now, their points system is upgraded, but our points which were accumulated during the time were not their system. We were told by one of the employee to address this matter to the owner. The owner acknowledged and promised would work on it and get back to us. Unfortunately, we never heard from the owner again. Therefore, we decided not going to there anymore.

I had to fix a few spelling errors on my review so it has been reposted. M Cha Bar at one point, mainly the first few months they opened up had fantastic service and drinks. I was in love with their Pistacchio drink. They even had this London fog ice cream that was really good. Then something happened. They went from top to one of the worst places to get a bubble tea. Their staff is extremely slow and for some reason they are always out of majority of drinks listed on their menu. The items they did have would take 10-15 mins to make one and weren’t good at all. I have gone there so many times chasing the rainbow hoping they would return to the status they once were and also their Pistacchio drink but I’m always disappointed. It’s like I’m a glutton for punishment and disappointment.
Also it’s a reply to the owners reply. I am sorry the review has made you upset and defensive. There are a few things i did not choose to include because i wasn’t trying to be mean nor get your business in trouble. There were enough health hazards to make an inspectors head spin. I do not like to be accused of giving false information because i hate being lied to on reviews.
Sorry but this platform is here for customers to give reviews to potential new customers who value their dollar. I hope you can take this and improve rather than deflect.
