We had our wedding last week and were absolutely delighted with the catering service . The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and thoroughly enjoyed by all our guests . The cake was stunning, both visually and in taste ! ordered a birthday cake for delivery on the 9th of October — the order was accepted and paid for. Despite several follow-up calls on the day, the cake was never delivered, leaving us at the birthday party without it.
The following day, I received a call saying, “We think the cake was meant to be delivered yesterday, sorry.” That was the only response given.
