Excellent service...food was very good and well presented/packed! Good prices! Highly recommended!
ordered a birthday cake for delivery on the 9th of October — the order was accepted and paid for. Despite several follow-up calls on the day, the cake was never delivered, leaving us at the birthday party without it.
The following day, I received a call saying, “We think the cake was meant to be delivered yesterday, sorry.” That was the only response given.
I also submitted a formal complaint on the 16th of October, and as of the 18th, there has been no reply...read full review
