The person who answered the phone today May 31st at around 5pm should be removed entirely from ever answering the phone.
Not entirely sure how someone can straight up just not listen to what you are saying.
I asked to substitute one cheese for a different cheese. She charged me extra.
Same for changing out the pork.
I’ve ordered this same thing same way multiple times. Did it yesterday literally it hasn’t even been 24 hours.
I was never charged.
Odd odd situation. Remove her from the phone.
Also don’t ask people for credit card numbers over the phone. Who wants to give their credit card number over the phone

We were informed that they can't provide a separate bill due to their outdated computer system, which is frustrating, especially since they managed to do it for us last year. I think they faced staffing shortages. Additionally, if you purchase a Coke in a bottle, it should be refillable at no charge.

A Rude and bossy server, she was seemed like professional and senior on the business but unfortunately her behaviour was not really respectful. Food was not the best Italian pizza I had
The Pizzas itself were good but we were surprised to hear that we could not split the bills. In addition the server gave us our bills without us asking for it.

The service quality has significantly declined. Previously, the establishment was known for its authentic ambiance and welcoming atmosphere. However, recent changes not only to the interior but also a noticeable shift in customer service have resulted in a disappointing experience. It is regrettable that a family dinner outing turned out to be a waste of time and an overall negative experience.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience at this restaurant. First, the server failed to inform us upfront that they do not split bills, which created unnecessary confusion and frustration at the end of our meal. On top of that, the server was unpleasant and showed a lack of patience throughout the service, making our visit feel rushed and uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, they did not disclose that a tip was already included due to the size of our party. We were only three adults and three toddlers, but the automatic gratuity policy was applied without any prior notice. This left us feeling misled and overcharged. Additionally, they seemed to charge extra for everything – even hot water! The hot water cost more than the coke, which was absolutely ridiculous and felt like an unfair attempt to inflate the bill.
To top it all off, they got our order wrong and made no attempt to fix it. This lack of care and attention only added to our dissatisfaction.
Overall, the combination of poor service, lack of transparency, and excessive charges made for an unpleasant dining experience. I would not recommend this place based on our visit.
