If it takes you 20 minutes to make a bowl of ramen, then I'd rather choose another restaurant.

Great food & service, our server was great, some arrogant man at the table next to us was being a jrkoff & first complained about his table, then added 200 modifications to his order, then complained it was missing, then yapped loudly about how he wasnt tipping as a result. So I made sure to tip on his behalf. Treat restaurant staff with courtesy! This place is great and the next person I hear being unreasonable to a staff member is getting a bowl of ramen (thick noodles, add corn + extra garlic) chucked at their head!

Quiet, quick and tasty.
The red spicy isn’t spicy but tasty! I love that their servers are always very nice. I have never had a single bad service experience from this location :)))
The music is very Japanese and so nice too!
I didn’t choose but they have some vegetarian options. I love thin noodle, but one thing could be better is having gluten free / vegan noodle options. It’s not necessity for me but nice to have!
Vegetarian options: There are two different ramen and few side dishes for vegetarian people.
Unfortunately the noodle is not vegan.
Parking: Most likely you can park right in front of the restaurant.

I ordered the Red Spicy “fire”. It wasn’t really spicy but had a kick to it. I like the creaminess of the broth with the heat. I would recommend the egg that typically comes when you order Ramen. Also make sure to order with egg noodles, that’s a must!

I've been trying various Ramen spots in the GTA, and I finally made it to Midori Ramen.
The customer service was superb. Was able to be seated right away. The staff is friendly and not overbearing, and the food arrived in a reasonable time.
I like the cruchiness of the chicken gyoza. The spiced mayo on top of it compliments it nicely. Would definitely order this again.
The Ramen was good. I would definitely get it without the gobo on top next time. A tad to earthy with it one it for my liking. But no complaints otherwise.
I would come again and recommend this place.
Parking: Free multipurpose parking lot.

Delicious food, quick service! The purple yam fries were excellent and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the dipping sauce.
I had just gotten done shopping at the mall next-door and cannot decide on what to eat to save my life. So I drove around the plaza for a little bit and stumbled upon this place. I came in on a Friday around seven and was quickly seated. There was only one other table when I came in. All of the staff was very friendly and attentive. I was kind of bummed they didn’t have beer at this location because a Sapporo would’ve paired very well with this Ramen. I had a hard time deciding on which Ramen I wanted because about three or four of them sounded good, but I decided on the spicy tan and added egg. The broth was good and creamy. It wasn’t spicy in my opinion usually my glasses will at least slide down my face from the heat;not so much. Was hoping for more bok choy but only got three leaves :(. But nonetheless, the taste was very good and I enjoyed the texture of the noodles hit the spot I really like the chewiness of them.

Ramen here is different as it uses chicken as the main focus for their broth and meat. Lighter touch with a rich aroma of chicken.

We tried the signature tori paitan, red spicy, and tori paitan shoyu, and all were good. We chose the first two because the set menu (available for 1, 2, and 4 people) had limited ramen options to choose from. The sets come with appetizers (choice of chicken karaage and gyoza) and drinks (standard cans of pop).
The broth is flavourful, but on the creamy side (which may or not be a good thing based on preference). I liked how they had both pork and chicken chashu, and the sea lettuce was also unique compared to other places.
Service was attentive and friendly, and we went during an off-peakish hour, so there wasn't a wait for a seat or for food. The plaza the restaurant is in has plenty of parking but it does get busy because of all the eateries there.

We tried the Original Tori Paitan and Truffle Tori Paitan. The original was pretty good, and the truffle one had a strong truffle flavour. The thin noodles fit my liking—neither too hard nor too soft. A little bit on the salty side, but most ramens are. The chicken was super tender, almost too tender to taste like real chicken.
We also tried the appetizer sampler - Gyoza, Chicken Karaage, and Takoyaki. All were standard yummy. The purple yam fries were a pleasant surprise, especially the dipping sauce, which was sweet and sour, quite refreshing, just a bit pricey.
Service was good. The place had sufficient space and looked clean too.

Their broth is good. No too salty. Serving is ample and they have combo options for groups. Service is good and the ambience is ok. Highly recommended if you're craving ramen and you're in the area as well.
Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian option for the black garlic ramen. Ask the server for details.

My friends and I had visited Midori last night for dinner. The restaurant’s interior is minimal, and very clean. Upon entry of the restaurant we were greeted in a friendly and upbeat manner. The restaurant was really busy and full house at the time of our visit.
I’m quite surprise by the review below mentioning “extremely poor service.” As that’s not what our group experienced. Even though, last night being that it was really busy for the restaurant. Our server was attentive, friendly, and informative. The server answered all of our questions because one member of our party doesn’t eat pork, and we wanted to know what were our options to accommodate her. We didn’t have any complaints from the service or the wait time of food. We all understood that the food was going to take a little bit longer. Based on the fact that it was dinner time, it was busy, and there were other tables that came before us that were ordering. We knew better to be understanding and have patience.
Regardless I highly recommend this location. For the service, cleanliness, and quality of food. I highly suggest getting the Black Garlic. That’s my favourite!
