First time trying this place and I was exactly excited. It turned out to be a horrible experience. The noodles were soooooooo starchy that I couldn't eat it at all! I had to throw out my meal. I will not be returning. Very disappointed!
Love the ramen, tan tan specially
Staffs were friendly. But they made mistake about noodles. When I mentioned about the mistake, staff didnât apologizeâŠ.didnât suggest any alternate services. My son finished glass of water many times but they wonât come to check till we asked. The restaurant was not busy at all⊠they take order and serve foodâŠnothing extra caring. My soup was not hot at my first sip. Presentation of food was good.

I rarely make reviews but this was disappointing and disgusting . Waited 40mins for just the appetizer to come out. the noodles had a flour feeling and 10$ for 3 small pieces of karage chicken

Was looking for a ramen restaurant in the area and decided to try Midori. We order 2 ramen and 2 appetizers, the appetizers were fresh and nothing bad to say however the ramen was not edible at all except the meat. Noodles were starchy and tasted undercooked had to wash it down with a drink every time because it had a flour residue in our mouth, soup wasnât as hot and got cold with 5 mins. This was the main thing we were here for and couldnât eat it at all even tried forcing ourselves. Overall we paid $60 for everything, kinda regret coming here for ramen.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Midori Ramen. We called ahead to confirm a table, and they promised it would be held â but when we arrived, they had already given it away. No apology, no effort to fix the situation, just a dismissive ânothing we can do.â We had four kids with us, and they couldnât have cared less. The lack of honesty, organization, and basic customer respect was shocking. If this is how they treat families who plan ahead, it says a lot about their priorities. Wonât ever return, and Iâd strongly caution others before wasting their time here

I recently visited Midori Ramen and tried their signature Tori Buta, and this wasnât just a bowl of ramen, it was a carefully composed flavor experience.
The broth is richly fatty, but purposefully so. Itâs deep, velvety, and full of umami, with a buttery richness that lingers just long enough to let every layer of flavor unfold. It tastes like it was simmered slowly and thoughtfully, not simply prepared.
The pork slices were beautifully tender, gently seared, and incredibly juicy. Soft, mildly smoky, and full of flavor, they didnât just sit in the bowl, they belonged there.
The marinated egg was a standout: creamy center, silky texture, and perfectly seasoned, more than a topping, it was an essential part of the harmony.
What impressed me most was the balance, the broth is rich and fatty, yet never heavy. Every element contributes to the taste rather than just decorating the bowl.
Midori Ramen is not just a place where ramen is made, itâs a place where flavor is genuinely respected.

Went there to get dinner yesterday. There were 2 servers who were mostly busy talking to friends. They did come over promptly when requested which was good but they missed out on basics such as serving water despite requesting and also got my order incorrect. Lastly ordered chicken ramen which was really oily and barely had any chicken which was overall a truly disappointing experience.

I tried Midori Ramen and went for their Signature Tori Paitan. The broth was really flavorful and super rich â definitely on the thicker side and very filling, I was full for hours. For appetizers we ordered the tako wasabi, which was really interesting and unlike anything Iâve had before, and the chicken karaage, which was basically juicy, crispy fried chicken and really tasty. Overall, a great spot if youâre looking for hearty ramen and some fun appetizers.

Tried this ramen place for the first time and absolutely loved it. Gave my 2 year old the Mini Buta Don and he loved eating it. Would definitely come back to eat here. The service was also incredible!
