To whomever thinks their customer service is bad, then you’re not Asian enough. That’s what makes the sandwich authentic. It’s kinda of hot the way they treat you.

I have been going to this banh mi place for years. The lady’s are phenomenal making great banh mi and other stuff. I have never been disappointed by the service, food or wait times. I wanted to let everyone know instead of spending lots of wasted money on subs and wonderland food, go to Nguyen and try there sandwiches spiced or not you will enjoy it! You can get 2 for the price of a sub. Keep up the good eats!

I went there to order 2 sandwiches to go. I specifically asked for non spicy but got chilli in there. The first sandwich had all of the ingredients, but the second one was missing the pâté. I really doubt the worker 'forgot' about it, they make hundreds of sandwiches everyday. Beware.

Banh-mi made me sick with diarrhea and vomiting. I should have checked the reviews first because that seems like a common experience.
I ordered the chicken sandwich and it costs $6.50. Also, the dessert was almost a dollar more compared to their other locations. Maybe, the prices went up. If not, it costs more here. Anyway, the dessert from behind the counter was not warm/hot. It is better to just grab it at the refrigerator shelf (at least it is covered with a lid on). Unfornately, the chicken meat did not taste really fresh. I opened up the sandwich and picked out the bad parts. The cashier was friendly but the sandwich artist was a little rude. I was looking at the menu because I wanted to order more food but she was rushing me to pay. It was not busy at that time too. You just lost more business right there.

Wow, old style place, zero service with grumpy working. Very little meat in the subs and I got diarrhea. No signs saying order here so it's expected I will ask. Last time I will go there. It has gone down hill since the man managed it years ago. Even if the food is cheap I will not go cuz I don't know how clean it is.

Been coming here for a bit. But not anymore, there banh mi gave me food poisoning. Don’t eat here !
I love the banh mi from Nguyen Huong but I do not recommend coming to this location. The service is so bad. The ladies here are extremely rude, especially if you’re not Vietnamese.
The freshest banh mi’s in the city! These ladies load the subs up with lots of fresh veggies and butter and pate. Can’t go wrong for $5 cash and no tax! Make sure you clarify whether you prefer spicy or non spicy. Additionally, you can get other delicious Vietnamese items like fresh rolls or meatball sausage rolls, banh bao, or banh cuốn, all under $5 as well!
