Today around 6PM, it was a first time when I got a negative experience in this restaurant(

Normally I loved this restaurant but the cashier was cheeky and I couldn't get an answer even though I asked her the same question 2-3 times. It was a short black hair girl.

The food was very good as always tho so do not consider this restaurant as a bad place, trust me this is one of my favourite burger places.

Eylul brought up the atmosphere of the restaurant with her playful and kind demeanour, would highly recommend

These burgers are insane!! Omg I’m glad ingot the Jr I would been stuffed on a regular Mustang Sally! The burger suaced and juicy!! Crispy lettuce and tomato ohhh so good and fresh! 10/10 Highly recommend now I gotta go back and try others!!

I'm so glad I found this restaurant near my office! I come here often for lunch. The lamb, beef, and chicken burgers are fantastic and flavorful.
The service is excellent, and Seval is especially kind and helpful. She gives honest and thoughtful recommendations every time. I believe they recently renovated the restaurant as well. I absolutely recommend giving it a try!

Food is amazing and they are served fresh. Great quality. Eylul was really awesome serving us. Shout out to her! Great experience.

I’m not even sure where to start with this place.

Should I talk about how tender and juicy the meat is — so soft it melts in your mouth — or how perfectly fresh and fluffy the bun is?
And the best part? They’re consistent. Every time I go, the quality is exactly the same.

Honestly, this might be the best burger in the city. Absolutely amazing.

Seems like management changed. Order the purple rain and the meat was smelly. But that wasn’t the only complaint. The meat was advertised as 6 oz, it most definitely wasn’t. The menu also described sautéed jalapeno and onions, which were raw in my burger. To top it off, I told the staff the meat smelled pungent and handed them back my barely eaten burger and they said sorry do you want a drink? I paid $14 for a burger I didn’t eat and was not offered my money back

The staff at the Roterfort branch are very good.

Best burger in town. Very juicy fresh ingredients. Friendly staff. Store was very clean as well. Definitely coming back.

Great spot for a burger! The atmosphere is cozy, and the staff is friendly. The burgers are juicy and flavorful, with a nice variety of options to choose from. Sides are also delicious, especially the fries. Highly recommend for a casual and tasty meal!

The burger was great! I got the breaking bad lamb and the patty was really flavourful. It was a bit heavy on the sauce for my liking but you can always ask for less so that’s not an issue. My friend got the Cajun fries as well and the seasoning was amazing, not overly salty at all, my only problem was that they got soggy quicker than I expected.
