Ozzy's Burgers Vaughan

Seems like management changed. Order the purple rain and the meat was smelly. But that wasn’t the only complaint. The meat was advertised as 6 oz, it most definitely wasn’t. The menu also described sautéed jalapeno and onions, which were raw in my burger. To top it off, I told the staff the meat smelled pungent and handed them back my barely eaten burger and they said sorry do you want a drink? I paid $14 for a burger I didn’t eat and was not offered my money back

The staff at the Roterfort branch are very good.

Best burger in town. Very juicy fresh ingredients. Friendly staff. Store was very clean as well. Definitely coming back.

The burger was great! I got the breaking bad lamb and the patty was really flavourful. It was a bit heavy on the sauce for my liking but you can always ask for less so that’s not an issue. My friend got the Cajun fries as well and the seasoning was amazing, not overly salty at all, my only problem was that they got soggy quicker than I expected.

The burgers are a really great value. It was very very good, I was surprised by the price and the value. They're really well designed, there's a LOT of nutritious protein. I am surprised because it must be at least double or triple even just in terms of meat that they provide compared to the "default" franchises. The burger was great!

I enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. The food was good but still lacking somehow like the chicken and fries were overcooked and the patties for son of a burger was a little bland but my burger the BLT was delicious. The service was alright and the atmosphere is fine as well.
I just had higher expectations and it was just good but I’ll still recommend it!
