My daughter has a coupon received from her school for a free slice and I go in and try to order and he insists I drag her out of the car to prove she is a student. What a joke. What happened to common sense.
Based on the recent 1 star reviews, I would not come back let alone recommend anyone. They might ask for ID.

This Pizza Nova location used to be great a few years ago but has since hit rock bottom. It seems like ownership changed. I'm not normally this harsh but enough is enough.
The number of times I've gotten stale, burnt and old pizzas in the last couple years is shocking. It was never like this before.
Today I ordered a cheese pizza and it took much longer than usual to get the pizza. I checked it before leaving and it was overcooked (I've begun to check them at this location because they made a burnt pizza for me in the past and I didn't have the time to drive back to return it). I thought, no problem, may be a little over but I'll let it slide. When I took my first bite, it was like chewing old, hard cardboard. It tasted like they took an already made pizza and just warmed it up because a customer may have cancelled. It tasted horrible. This is disgraceful. The cheese was stale and tasted like plastic. Disgusting.
Also, the guy was not transparent about the cost when I was ordering. He overcharged me but I noticed it cost more and he claimed "tax". I said no, that's not just tax, you made a mistake. He printed the receipt and there you go.
Pizza Nova, you need to investigate this location. This is absurd and you lost a long time customer.

the WORST store I have ever went， they spent 30min to cook one order Lasagna which I was told to wait for 10 or 15min. they have NO fork to provide and ASKED ME TO GO TO NEXT STORE TO GET ONE！ whats wrong with you guys here？！！！！！
