Out of all the pizza nova's i've been to, this is definitely the worse one. Very unwelcoming and lacks customer service skills. They act as if you come in, you're bothering them. Not only have I've given them multiple chances, but each time it just gets worse and worse. I've called in/picked up both time and gotten wrong orders. From burnt slices, stingy portion to cold food. I would definitely avoid this location in this area.

We just went to pizza Nova 3100Rutherford road Maple The old guy was really rude and not providing any information about what kind of pizza was available and said I don't care .I am wondering if this customer service I would never recommend this to any other person

As a lifelong vegetarian, I was appalled to discover that Pizza Nova had mistakenly added bacon to my pizza instead of onions. This careless error not only ruined my meal but also goes against my dietary beliefs and restrictions. Unfortunately we did not realize until a few bites in. I expect better attention to detail and respect for customer preferences from a reputable pizza franchise like Pizza Nova. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and unlikely to return. I am extremely put off by this experience.

Very Disappointing. My Order was not followed through as ordered at all even after all details were written down at the store, missing stuff, and unacceptably late. Sorry to see this after using this location for so many 6+years.

I just tried this place for the first time and got a large pizza. It was so good and fresh that I almost forgot to pay!
I ordered 2 large Pizzas[only] for delivery.The delivery was on time.I spent $62 for the 2 Pizza including the tip.Having lived across Canada, I can attest that thesewere/are the worst Pizza that I have ever bought or ate in the last 30 years.Terrible and cheap material, terrible mix and combination.I strongly believe that this chain owes me the $62 that I spent.Never waste your money on this Pizza chain.Absolutely garbage(I threw the pizza in the compost chute of my building)

We were here for a quick bite! Service was quick and pizza ? was fresh! We ordered a party size with half pepperoni and half Italian sausage. The place was clean and we will be back!
