Texture and flavouring of the gelato really isn't there...expected more based on some recent reviews but this is average, if not below average gelato...and at $7 a scoop, wouldn't return.

The lemon sorbet (dairy free) is amazing! Chocolate and pistachio also very good. I've been to every gelato shop in Vaughan and this is my favorite.

The ice cream is ok. Two single scoops ice-cream is over $20. Place is small, with NO SEATING. It wasn’t busy and they wouldn’t accommodate family with small children. The decor and presentation is minimum. We won’t come back.

The recipe has changed. It was a 5 star gelato spot; I used to love their gelato. Now I’m not sure where it’s gone wrong. It just does not taste the same. The coconut, pistachio and mango flavours are different; seems the tropical flavours are different. Chocolate is still great. Please go back to your previous suppliers for the tropical flavours.

My go-to ice cream (gelato) place! I have been going to Pronto Café for their delicious authentic gelato, and the taste is always the best. They have such unique and delicious flavours, and the owner actually uses a gelato machine from Italy - so it really has that authentic taste. If you’re looking for a sweet pick me up, and a taste of little Italy, this is the place to go!! The customer service is amazing and always welcome you with a smile. The pricing has gone up a little bit since after Covid, but it is still worth the price. Always recommend to my friends and family!

Had high expectations for the price of gelato, but was disappointed by the flavours I chose. Pistachio did not taste like pistachio to me, and the tiramisu had a very artificial taste. Will maybe try other flavours next time, but was really looking forward to a delicious, authentic pistachio gelato.
My friends chose coconut, nocciola, and banana. The coconut and nocciola were tasty, but the banana also had that same artificial taste.
Amazing gelato to say the least tasted exactly like Italy highly recommend the flavor is a burst in your mouth. I thank you guys!

The menu where clear and concise and easy to navigate!
The flavours are extraordinary and to be honest, this is the first place I found in GTA with all my favourite flavours!

We've been supporting this local cafe/gelato shop for years. Their prices were reasonable, but the last few years I feel like they have also taken advantage of unjustified large price increases on their gelato, charging over 7.00 for 1 scoop. The gelato is very good, but I feel it is no longer worth the price, 4 gelatos with only 1 flavor or scoop now costs over 30.00. Just no longer affordable.

Owner was very kind in helping to explain what some of the flavours were before we ordered. We ordered a mango and hazelnut flavour to try. Will definitely be coming back. They also have foldable chairs to enjoy your gelato outside!
