Ive been here once, and liked it. I came a second time when Google said it was open (30mins before closing) and they had closed early. There was no info on their website/social media, or even a note on the door that they’d be closing early. Frustrated because I took the time to go there a decent amount of time before closing, and they locked up early. Totally understand emergencies and the unexpected happen, but as a courtesy, at least leave a note or put somewhere letting us know :(

I don’t quite understand how this café has such a high rating. Maybe it's good compared to gas station coffee, but otherwise, it’s dreadful. The espresso was unpleasant, the coffee over-roasted, and the interior isn’t appealing either. Sorry, guys, but I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Excellent Gelato - lots of flavours. Very authentic (I felt like I was back in Italy!!). There isnt much space to sit, but that is on purpose....

i really enjoyed my experience at pronto cafe. the ice cream was amazing and there was a very nice girl working there named kate who was very kind and quick and efficient with the job. the place was also super cute and very organized and clean. would visit again. 10/10. :)
