Placed two orders from overseas recently. Due to the postal strike one order was put on hold. The other was already delivered.
Upon informing with Purdy's, I quickly got a response and the other order was forwarded to an alternative address. The tone was really friendly and customer-oriented.
Within a couple of minutes I reveived an email, that the order was processing.
My relatives received the second order within 2 days of contacting Purdy's. Good job!
