Highly recommended! Can’t wait to go back. The soup is rich and full of flavor, the pork is tender, and the tofu is so soft it melts in your mouth. Absolutely delicious!

We've been to a few Ramen Isshin locations before and as usual the food and service were great. The Chashu Don could have had more meat but it was otherwise delicious and filling enough. The spicy miso is our usual go-to and it was consistently good. The happy hour is nice to have with a meal. The hoji cha shaved ice dessert was very good too. We will be returning here again.

Had a fantastic meal at Ramen Isshin Vaughan! The Dragon Ramen was rich, bold, and perfectly spicy with amazing depth of flavor. The Shoyu Ramen was light yet savory with a beautifully balanced broth and perfectly cooked noodles. The karaage was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and absolutely delicious.
A special thank you to our server Chiyo, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable with great service and recommendations. Everything felt welcoming and authentic ,definitely a must visit spot for ramen lovers. Can’t wait to come back!
