Real Fruit Bubble Tea

I love bubble tea at this location.

Got Mr Tetsu cheesecake Nextdoor craving to have a tea to go with it. It was a little busy at the counter so I ordered from the booth which doesn’t ask for sweetness or ice level so I ask one of the tea barista how I can have my tea with no sugar he said to pay for it and tell the barista the ordered number so they can adjust from there. They can not do no ice but can do less ice. I had the original milk tea with boba and no ice. The baba was quite tough. It has been cooked for a while now. Needing a new batch. My son got the classic mango slushy with jelly, which was good but a little too sweet. Overall, the environment was good, price is a little high but it’s the norm these days. One advice is to check boba freshness by the hour.

I just visited and got my tea I was just curious that it’s too early but she Sara let me innnnn and made Matcha for me she was really nice and polite as my app wasn’t working so was really patience with that and guided me early in the morning it must be annoying but thanks Sara hope next time when I visit you take my order so I don’t have to order it myself😅

The smoothie had a weird taste, as if the blender wouldn’t have been cleaned. It also didn’t have smoothie like texture, it was more water than ice. Not coming back to this Real Fruit Bubbke Tea location.

Very disappointed! I just ordered an orange juice with carrot, and it tasted awful. I’m guessing it’s because oranges aren’t in season. Anyway, I asked them to change the order, and surprisingly, they said there was nothing they could do about it! So I threw it away. Basically spent $10 on crap.

I went there on Sunday morning, it was crazy busy but the customer service was fantastic. All the employees were smiling and focused towards their job. I got their coconut sherbet, it was delicious and a must try drink. Keep up the good service guys.

I bought fruit juice for my baby but unfortunately I witnessed that the fruits were put in without being washed. I will never buy it again. I do not think it is hygienic.

While service isn't their strong point here due to the crowd of customers, their drinks make up for it. You're able to self order through one of the few kiosks in the store, get a ticket, and wait for your order to be called. There are some sitting areas inside, but usually occupied by customers waiting to pick their orders for takeout—after all it's inside a mall, and you could sip on your bubble tea as you shop around.

The coconut sherbet I ordered was not a letdown, and while I think the taste was overwhelmed with a lot of ice, it took a while of sipping to get to that point.

today we take mango slush there is no taste then we buy banana strawberry nd it is totally different taste like banans they use they are ugly so the taste is very bad 👎🏻👎🏻
