Got Mr Tetsu cheesecake Nextdoor craving to have a tea to go with it. It was a little busy at the counter so I ordered from the booth which doesn’t ask for sweetness or ice level so I ask one of the tea barista how I can have my tea with no sugar he said to pay for it and tell the barista the ordered number so they can adjust from there. I just visited and got my tea I was just curious that it’s too early but she Sara let me innnnn and made Matcha for me she was really nice and polite as my app wasn’t working so was really patience with that and guided me early in the morning it must be annoying but thanks Sara hope next time when I visit you take my order so I don’t have to order it myself😅
I went there on Sunday morning, it was crazy busy but the customer service was fantastic. All the employees were smiling and focused towards their job. I got their coconut sherbet, it was delicious and a must try drink. Keep up the good service guys.
