I placed an online order with Royal Veg Cuisine, and they completely misplaced it — I never received anything. When I called to resolve the issue, both the owner and the staff were extremely unhelpful. Instead of taking responsibility, they made excuses and said there was nothing they could do. This is honestly unacceptable. I wasted my time and money, and the customer service was terrible. I will not be ordering from here again, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

So I ordered on ubereats and the food arrived hot and nicely packaged and fresh aswell but I had a problem with everything I ordered which was aloo paratha, paneer and royal mix with dal tadka bowl. Everything lacked spices in it. The paneer paratha had zero spices in it and only had salt and same with aloo and royal mix. Everything had 0 spices in it. I mean I am an Indian and Why Would I order from an authentic Indian restaurant for food without spices.

I ordered a Kadhi rice bowl. It was delicious and totally Value for money.

The best Indian food I have ever had in Toronto. I grew up in BC and nothing in Ontario was close to as good until I came to this place. Don’t let it being in a gas station stop you from getting great Indian food.
