Been a long term customer of Seafood Crate and now to be called a new name. Noticed the quality has gone down a lot. Not nit picking but the pic says it all, supposed to be 200 grams. Probably an oversight by staff but still… not cool if you even get a notion you are being short changed. Earlier, I used to get even sizes of fillets that I could present properly at dinner … you’ll see the pictures… probably need to make a salad out of these filets! Please contact me if you want to get more feedback. Not cool where this place is heading and I am hoping I am wrong.

Update year 2022:Year 2019, it was a very pleasant & impress experience for my first order in 2019, I was dealing with Baz, he even delivered my order himself in a short notice, not sure if he's still around. you can actually track the delivery & know exactly when the delivery arrives. Unfortunately, the delivery tracking is not longer available & that was then. Now the delivery only available on Tuesday & Friday.During year 2019, the interaction with the "Chat" was very helpful & pleasant.Year 2022, the person I communicate with in "Chat" is no longer like it used to be. The assistance is mediocre. The products I ordered is still good but the "personal touch" in customer care left me with very less ideal experience. Last time I call, my impression to the person I spoke to which I felt less impressive afterwards. Of course, this's just my personal opinion & have nothing to do with the quality of the products.Late Year 2022, My recent ordered were Poke Kit-Sriracha Salmon & Poke Kit-Wasabi Yellowfin Tuna. The garnish not included like shown in the pictured packages. The Lobster meats is good but of course it's expensive, organic skinned salmon & tuna are all excellent. Both of the Poke Kit-Sriracha Salmon & Poke Kit-Wasabi Yellowfin Tuna are good with soup noodles because both sauces are very thick & rich. I used both pokes with the noodles. I believe it's the best ideal way for consuming.

Ordered my 1st mixed box of fresh fish. There was a problem with one of the vacuum packed fish smelling rancid, but the rest were very good. Good customer support about the one bad piece.

The ice pack in the box was warm and melted and all the salmon was warm. We had to throw it all in the garbage. Sent Seafood Crate an email and no response.

Started ordering from here a while ago and have never been disappointed. The fish is always super tasty and clean. Orders arrive on time and well-insulated. The chorizo was nice too! And I've had nothing but good experiences with customer service.

The food is very fresh here. We've gotten food orders from Seafood crate a few times, and each time does not disappoint. A special thanks to Harshal where he was able to help accommodate our special requests to make the entire purchase / pick up that much better. There was a delay with traffic that caused us to get there later than the pick up hours, however Harshal stayed back to ensure he was around to help give us the food we ordered!Great service and really appreciated along with fresh tasting seafood!

We got tiger shrimp, Chilean sea bass, sockeye salmon, striploin and one wagyu steak... everything was delicious but most outstanding were sea bass, and wagyu, then shrimp. Looking forward to the next delivery!
