I ordered 2 lbs of wings and fries to go. The wings were burnt and there was barely any fries in each container. How many wings are in a lb at this location?. I’ve been to other locations and have had no complaints. It seems that at this location has an ongoing issue after reading the reviews. For $43 this is definitely not worth it.

After a fun day at Canada’s Wonderland, our group of four stopped by St. Louis Bar & Grill — and it was the perfect way to end the day! We ordered wings and nachos (with extra wings, of course) and they were absolutely delicious — crispy, flavorful, and perfectly sauced. The nachos were loaded just right, with every bite packed with flavor.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The service was excellent — our server, a lovely lady, was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Everything was so good that we completely forgot to take a photo!
Overall, the food, service, and ambiance were top-notch. Definitely a place we’ll come back to again!

I ordered an Angus hamburger and it was terrible! The pad was burnt and dry like if I were eating a flip-flop. Seriously? The restaurant wasn’t full it was quite empty so they have enough time to make a good hamburger! Come on people let’s do it better, people are paying for a good burger a good meal. It’s not for free. The brisket quesadillas were really good 👍 pay attention of what you do folk it is your business try to do the best for your customers and they will come back especially if the live in the area.

Absolutely horrible service. Restaurant was almost empty and the bartender and serving staff all disappeared many times im guessing to the kitchen. Waited about 15 minutes just to order a drink. Ordered chicken tenders and the were dry and over cooked. Very disappointed in this location. Will not return.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered food and a beer, and shortly after, I was told I couldn’t order anything else because they were closing. One of the staff members quickly came to clear the table while we were still eating, and in the rush, another staff member accidentally hit me in the eye with the beer glass while trying to clean up. They kept repeating that they were closed and asked us to leave, even though we were still eating. It was rude, rushed, and completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this place based on how poorly they treated their customers.

It’s unfortunate because it’s a nice wing spot but the lack of employees during the rush time is horrendous. Waiting a long time for service and someone to come to a table.

We visited this location and placed our order, but after waiting about 40 minutes, we were informed that they were out of the plant-based wings we ordered. We chose alternative items and waited again, only for one of the dishes to come out undercooked and the pizza to arrive soggy. Meanwhile, the babies at our table were understandably upset from the long wait, and one member of our party never even received their meal and had to ask for it to go.

The server was not at fault — they did their best and were understanding throughout the situation. However, the kitchen offered us coupons, which felt inadequate given that we didn’t even get to eat properly after over an hour of waiting.

What was especially disappointing was that while the manager was off, the two owners were present yet chose not to come out to address us directly. Instead, they seemed more focused on negotiating the bill rather than acknowledging the poor experience and taking responsibility.

In the end, we returned the wing coupons, declined the pasta however the server insisted we keep it as it was finally made, and we had no issue paying for the pizza despite its quality, since we did eat some of it. It was not about the money but rather principal and the poor dining experience.The server truly did their best to resolve the situation, but the way the owners handled it was terrible.
