Lined up outside the store this morning trying to snag one of the Bearistas (pretty much impossible with the lack of merch), but shoutout who I think was the manager, she came outside offering water and coffee to everyone waiting. Such a kind gesture and great service.
Parsa is amazing! He found what I ordered, egg bites, that other baristas claimed they were out of. He’s kind, professional, and super helpful. I’d definitely come back to this location and would love to be served by him again. This guy deserves a promotion!
