Ordered a footlong through the official subway app for a total bill of 18$. Got a 6inch delivered instead. Called the restaurant and they said it says 6inch in the system so we cannot do anything. I told them if i remake the exact order then the bill becomes a total of 15$ so it makes no sense id order a 6inch for 18$ right.They told me they cannot do anything.I asked for a manager or a supervisor which is supposed to be present at the shift at all times. A shift leader of some sort.The crewmate told me there is no one.Pathetic.

Visited this location today (Saturday - 7.45pm) and the outlet was staffed with only one crew member. The guys worked so hard to get through all customers with a smile. The franchise should consider service standards and customer satisfaction. Took me 35 minutes to get 3 x six in subs. Franchise owner - for your immediate attention please.

I've been here three times now in the morning but nothing is ready when they open!! Why open the store at 9am if staff is not ready to take orders?? Why not open the store at 9:30 instead or ask the staff members to come in early to prep and get the kitchen ready? Where's the logic?

placed an online order today and when i got to the store, the lady said she didn't get the order and so my sandwiches weren't made. i told her that it's been paid for and i got order confirmation, she proceeded to help other customers instead of checking her systems. when i asked her again, she told me to call Subway and get a refund. i told her to check her system to find my order and of course it was there. what was suppose to be a quick 5 minute pick up turned out to be a 40 minute wait for my order because she decided to help everyone else who came in AFTER me. considering it was lunch hour in this busy area, i'm not sure why there was only one staff working.will drive further to avoid this location and their rude and unhelpful staff.
