The food is usually delicious.
Today however I am very disappointed in the service. We ordered our food at 3:30 for a 5:30 pickup and it’s still not prepared. They are not picking up their phones. And the people at the counter have disappeared. My son has been waiting at the restaurant for over an hour.
If the restaurant is ready this please give us the status of our order.

Szechuan Szechuan provides a cool atmosphere and impressive food, featuring delicious dishes like Teriyaki Chicken with fresh veggies and perfectly cooked rice. Customers have enjoyed the spicy peanut chicken, house special fried rice, hot and sour soup, and the Buddhas feast vegetables. The food is well priced and offers unique flavors, making it a favorite for takeout for many over the years.
However, the customer service has received some criticism. While the Szechuan chicken and veggie fried rice were excellent, some diners felt the staff rushed them and did not provide a welcoming experience. The bathroom experience has also been noted as poor, with several stalls out of order, which detracted from the overall dining experience. Conveniently located in a mall with plenty of parking and wheelchair accessibility, Szechuan Szechuan is still worth a visit for a fantastic dining or takeout experience.
