Ordered ginger beef and hot n sour soup twice last week and today Not good food, no taste, no flavour Beef was over cooked, chewy and burned. may be heat up left over food. No more going back. If you looking fresh n good food, dont go there. Food court in mall has much better food.

Just wanted to share that I ordered food from here 2 days ago and am still recovering from such terrible food poisoning I almost needed to be hospitalized. Do not eat here. 2 years ago I ordered Chinese and there was a piece of a sponge in my chicken and thought I’d give them another chance. Big mistake. Do NOT eat here

We went there last Thursday night (arrived 30 mins before they close) while i was looking at the menu. There was this old lady in white chef uniform came and try to rush me with the tone. When i told her to give me few mins. She seemed upset and turned away pulled out her phone and ignored us . Come on. We had out 96 year old grand mother who can no longer chew so we have to carefully choose her food. This place use to be her favorite spot everytime we visit vaughan mill mall. So disappointed. We left hungry. And had to find some whereelse. For her to eat . The old lady should be fire. If she dosent want to serve customer Or if she own the business then better close it down . Your service is totally garbage.

Order 4 fried rice no egg. I received all 4 with egg. I had called in and spoke to management concerning the error they had made, which they then asked for pictures to verify the mistake. I then sent them pictures of the 4 bowls which had eggs, they had said it was their mistake and that they would give me 4 free bowls on my next visit.
I then visited again to place a $300 order and I had asked the cashier to credit the 4 rice bowls. She then had told me that it was picked up already. Which I then said was impossible and she then checked again insisting that the 4 bowls was picked up already. I said that I had never picked up the order and that the other items that were supposedly ordered with it are items that I never get.
They insisted that they had given me the credit. I then decided to leave without placing an order as I felt cheated. This was a very disappointing experience. I was a regular customer and spent average $600 a month. Unfortunately, I will never be going back again. It’s not about the bowls, but the principle.

Today I visited the Szechuan Szechuan at Vaughan mills location and I ordered the vegetable chow in, on the screen there was less price and when I was paying at the register there was more so the employee said that they change the price on the screen I can’t do any thing, then I asked for the manager he said the same thing, the manger was so laud, as well he was not even polite, it’s a code of conduct, your are not giving the same services as you’re claiming for.
