The most appalling customer service experience I’ve ever had.
I walked into this store asking for help with some sushi. As someone of Indian origin who isn’t familiar with sushi, I was simply looking for guidance. Instead, the lady at the front cash treated me with blatant disrespect, her tone and body language were demeaning, and her attitude was nothing short of obnoxiously racist.
She dismissed me in a way that made me feel like an unwelcome outsider, as if I didn’t belong there or didn’t deserve her time. I wasn’t rude or demanding. I work in the restaurant industry myself, so I understand pressure and customer flow. But this was a quiet Tuesday evening at 6:05 PM. There was no excuse for such behaviour.
I left feeling humiliated and deeply hurt. This wasn’t just poor service, it was discriminatory and degrading. I strongly urge management to address how staff are trained to treat customers of all backgrounds.
No one should have to experience this.

Szechuan taste is customized to Westen customers. But they are still very good in a way. Very good menu ☺️

Love this place and we have been ordering take out from here for past 15 years. Our favourites are the spicy peanut chicken, house special fried rice, hot and sour soup and the Buddhas feast vegetables. Well priced and good quality food with unique flavours. Highly recommend!

Placed a take out order for mother's Day at 2pm. To be picked up at 530. 3.5hr prep time I show up and they didn't even prepare the order just gave me my money back. And not even apologetic just making excuses as to how busy they are. Never ordering from this place again. Bad service and over priced.

The service was slow and inattentive, and the food was just okay… lacking the bold, spicy flavors you’d expect from authentic Szechuan cuisine.
Might be fine if you’re looking for a very mild version of Szechuan, but if you’re after the real thing, this probably isn’t it.

The Szechuan chicken and veggie fried rice were excellent, but the customer service was lacking. The staff rushed us , and when we inquired if they were closing .. the response was that Saturdays are their busiest day. Despite there being plenty of empty tables. The same person who seated us also brought the check and appeared to be quite unhappy in his role, which negatively impacted the overall experience. The service definitely could have been better.
