Today I visited the Szechuan Szechuan at Vaughan mills location and I ordered the vegetable chow in, on the screen there was less price and when I was paying at the register there was more so the employee said that they change the price on the screen I can’t do any thing, then I asked for the manager he said the same thing, the manger was so laud, as well he was not even polite, it’s a code of conduct, your are not giving the same services as you’re claiming for.

Good food, very affordable prices. The counter lady had redone my slushy to make it less sweet by adding extra fruit at no charge.

Ordered take out and they sent chicken instead of vegetables leaving one person in our party unable to eat. The only way they can make it right is to provide a credit on the next order. Terrible customer experience.

The most appalling customer service experience I’ve ever had.
I walked into this store asking for help with some sushi. As someone of Indian origin who isn’t familiar with sushi, I was simply looking for guidance. Instead, the lady at the front cash treated me with blatant disrespect, her tone and body language were demeaning, and her attitude was nothing short of obnoxiously racist.
She dismissed me in a way that made me feel like an unwelcome outsider, as if I didn’t belong there or didn’t deserve her time. I wasn’t rude or demanding. I work in the restaurant industry myself, so I understand pressure and customer flow. But this was a quiet Tuesday evening at 6:05 PM. There was no excuse for such behaviour.
I left feeling humiliated and deeply hurt. This wasn’t just poor service, it was discriminatory and degrading. I strongly urge management to address how staff are trained to treat customers of all backgrounds.
No one should have to experience this.

Love this place and we have been ordering take out from here for past 15 years. Our favourites are the spicy peanut chicken, house special fried rice, hot and sour soup and the Buddhas feast vegetables. Well priced and good quality food with unique flavours. Highly recommend!
