Out of all the tacobells i tried this one’s the worst.

I ordered veggie supreme tacos with extra beans. They gave me beef tacos. When I complained and showed the bill and what they gave me, telling them that I am a Hindu and this is unacceptable, they just said sorry, it happens! Absolutely pathetic and am not sure if this should be allowed! They offered nothing except for a lame ass sorry, it happens!
As someone who doesn’t live near a Taco Bell, getting to go feels like a treat—and this visit didn’t disappoint. The service was quick and friendly, and the food came out hot and fresh. The cashier was lovely, super upbeat and helpful, which made the experience even better.
I ordered the Doritos Tacos Combo with nacho fries. The fries were honestly addictive—crispy, perfectly seasoned, and impossible to stop eating. The Doritos tacos were tasty, but they did seem smaller than expected. I’ve seen them hyped up in TikToks, and maybe portion sizes are just different in Canada compared to the U.S.
That said, everything still hit the spot. Taco Bell really does deliver cheap, filling food that satisfies a craving. I also appreciated how clean and organized the staff were—everyone had gloves, and their roles were clearly divided between cashier, food prep, and packing. It felt safe and professional.
Still thinking about those fries and tacos days later... can’t wait for my next visit

I love Taco Bell and since I live so far from one it is a treat to go. The service was fast, prompt and food was excellent! The cashier was so friendly and helpful and we used gift cards for our lunch combos. Even went back and got a couple more tacos as a snack 😋

They don’t pay attention to the customer order . I placed an online order it was veggie nachos and they served beef n order receipt clearly says no beef . Double check your order before leaving the place or simply don’t order from this place if you are vegetarian.

I ordered a Veggie box, the roll up burrito had a very bad smell and the rest of the items seemed fresh. I went back to the lady who made it. She straight up declined that anything was stale. She should have addressed the issue but she blatantly lied. She should have either gave a replacement or returned the money for burrito or at least admit that there was indeed some problem. My concern is what if someone gets food poisoning from such mistakes.
Vegetarian options: Please do not go for it because it might be stale

The worst service. The woman called my number, I said it was mine & she threw the bag of food onto the table in front of my friends & I. My friend were the first to comment on how rude it was but we thought maybe it was an accident. Arriving to the table, she gave me the TOTALLY wrong order. I asked for a CHEESE quesadilla & they gave me chicken.. I didn’t realize into I was too far into eating it to realize. Secondly, they gave me no fries that I ordered. Went to the counter & got my fries & when I got to the table, I realized they messed up again & gave me a medium instead of large fries that they charged me for without asking what size I wanted. I showed her the receipt & all for proof of what I paid for. I don’t understand how you can mess up everything entirely like that. Completely careless.

The loaded nacho did not have enough cheese. And taco had the cold mozerella processed cheese.
My biggest complaint is that the spicy sauce isn't remotely spicy. However the food is always solid and consistent, ans the cinnamon bites are great.

Ordered online for a pickup and I have never been so disappointed twice. The first time I placed an online pickup I was greeted with nothing despite the text saying it was ready for pickup simply due to the fact that they did not actually look at the online order requests, resulting in an extra 15 min wait. The second time, same exact results however this time they even went as far as not fulfilling the order correctly. Thoroughly dissatisfied and disappointed.

Would give zero stars but not an option. Waited 30mins after submitting mobile order. Was told by staff that you still have to process order at cashier when they are really busy as they may miss mobile orders. When my order was finally ready after much added waiting it was still missing an item after all of this. I feel like a mobile order should be ready for pick up without having to go to add the extra step of going to cashier to verify order details so they can process (kind of defeats the purpose/convenience of ordering ahead of time). Not sure if location specific or taco bell process, but maybe they should look at McDonalds/Starbucks or other mobile ordering system for process improvement. Fast food shouldn’t take 30mins of waiting.
