Absolutely fantastic service by Joy and Shauna. The professionalism, attentiveness, candour and kindness they both displayed for our group of 9 was 10/10. From start to finish, I’m just genuinely so impressed and the food was fresh, delicious and well plated. I was overjoyed by the amount of chicken they added into my chicken pad thai. Overall thank you to the team of Thai Bamboo. My family has been coming here for years and you now have a new customer whenever I can make the travel. I placed an order online for pickup. When I got there, they couldn't find my order. After 10 mins of searching they finally found my order and told me it will be 15mins. 40 mins later and still nothing. I've asked a few times how long and everytime they asked the kitchen staff they didn't respond and staff didn't even wait for a response. So I continued to wait. At this point my frustration escalated and I was ready to leave but they finally told me my order is ready. I asked to check my order to make sure it was correct and one of the dishes was not correct so I waited a few more minutes for them to correct it. After all that not one acknowledgement of their mistake or an apology for keeping me waiting for so long. This was a huge disappointment. In addition to all that, the food was ok, I've had much better.

Went here recently on a weeknight and the service was excellent. The Khao Soi and Lemongrass chicken wings were great but the Panang curry left a little to be desired. Atmosphere was nice but quite old school which could be seen as a positive or negative. Overall I'd recommend this to anyone looking for some pretty tasty and relatively authentic Thai food

The food just wasn’t it, we ordered the panang curry, mango salad and the pad Thai. The proportions did not meet the 20 dollar mark we paid and the taste didn’t make up for it either. Go to Thai room for better taste and deals.
