Absolutely atrocious!!!! The Lowest quality. I went at lunch and the food tasted stale. These are definitely left overs. Vaughan Mills needs to remove this garbage from their Food Court before someone ends up dying.
To add insult to injury the staff have the nerve to be rude. Have some dignity. I’m not sure whats lower the food or the staff.

There’s nothing Thai (Thailand) about it. Food is too salty! I returned what I got, some stir fry chicken, Phad Thai noodles ???n beef with mushrooms! They replaced it and I opted for kung pao chicken, plain noodles and string beans w mushrooms ! There’s nothing Thai flavors about it! It’s a Chinese food menu .

They desperately need to update their pos system coming from someone who works retail at the mall. Its been numerous times where I come here for food and the payment system is slow, not working, or having connectivlty issues. The payment machine is visibly old and I would not be surpised if it was the same one they used since its opening. Its time for an update it just seems like a pain for the customer coming from someone who has limited time and wanting something quick to go

I enjoy the food here very much and wanted to say a special thanks to all the servers especially Achana who gave exceptional service. I always order the large side order of Basil Tofu because I am on a Keto vegetarian diet. Today, the server did not fill the box as they usually do. When Achana noticed as the cashie, she kindly asked the server to fill it up. I was so grateful because I was very hungry. A few additional tofu’s and you’ve got me as a customer for life! Great service! Great food! Thank you! Highly recommend! 🥰🤗

My All time favourite Place, its been six year i really enjoy their food specially Honey garlic chicken my all time fav, staff was so nice and polite,Appreciate the girls who served me, their job is so hard.10/10 to the staff

Thai Island having a 2.1 star rating is outrageous for a consistently quality food product, great customer service, and clean space. The staff at Thai Island and Vaughan Mills has ensured that we have a great experience for YEARS.
The new Orange Chicken? Straight fire. The Chilli Fish is restaurant worthy. Some days the batter is more/less crispy and the flavours remain the same.
For this mall, it's the only competitive quality at a reasonable price option.
I love you Thai Island. Best staff. Never change. You are FIVE STARS in my heart.
