Food tasted okay, portion was good for it's price, food came within reasonable time. While understanding this is a boil restaurant, this is probably the worst service I have gotten in a Canadian restaurant. Not the fault of a waiter/waitress, but more the service culture of this franchise. Overall worst service than you would expect at Tim Hortons, instead of listing things they haven't done, I can only count things they have done, which is countable with one hand.

My order was canceled on uber for no reason after 20 mins of placing it. I tired to call but none answer. Anyway won’t buy for that location anymore.

Very bad service, they were impatient and didnt even have the initiative to explain the menu to us. The portions are not that generous! Not coming back here again. Lost my appetite!

There was a literal mouse grabbing the leftover food on the floor and going into the wall, it was just a baby so you know hes not the only one. The rice was decent, the sizzling plate was genuinely super mid.

The food is tasty, but the service was disappointing. The waitress behaved more like a customer than a server, which affected the overall dining experience. Giving 1 star solely for the quality of the food.
