We went for dinner the food was good service was horrible no one came to the table to talk about the menu selections there is no prices on the menu they dont even tell you about it, no body came to clean up the table after eating so a big pile of mess they didn't even come to exchange the overflowing food bin on the table. The restaurant was cold we sat there in our winter coats order took a long time to come and you always had to look for someone if you needed something they did not come through the meal to find out if we needed anything.

We went to this location for dinner with my colleague. One of us is vegetarian and didn’t plan to eat, she just wanted to join us and enjoy the evening. We ordered the All You Can Eat and even got our drinks. Then the server came back and told us that the manager doesn’t allow anyone to sit if they are not ordering food.
We spoke to the manager and he explained the policy in a very rude and unprofessional way. Instead of being understanding or offering a solution, he insisted that our vegetarian colleague leave the restaurant. It was embarrassing and completely ruined our night.
We have never experienced such poor customer service before.Very disappointed with how we were treated

Waited to be seated at a booth when hostess was bring us to the booth the waitress gave away our table and now had to be waited to be seated again. Once seated it took 20mins to get our orders taken , 15mins to get our drinks, an hour after a couple sat next to us got their orders taken and 10mins after the got their food but my table of 2 didn't receive our food. Did not enjoy my service here did not even get my order.
Excellent service from Gaby!!! She was so welcoming, kind and made great recommendations. If you visit I would definitely ask for her.

Save your money and go somewhere else. Food is overpriced for what you get. Ordered the dungeness crab that was $65/lb and got hardly any meat since they included the empty crab shell for the weight. The sauce was unbearably over salted. The seats were smeared with sauce on the fabric. The entire bar was covered by single use plastic cups so couldn't even see what they have in stock but they gave us paper straws...go figure. All their overstock was in the dining room for guests to see - usually that is kept away in the back. Washrooms were not kept. There was urine all over the floor and the paper towel was soaked in water so no way to dry hands. We've been in this location before 3 years ago they must have changed management because it was terribly managed. Do not recommend.
