Food was good. I dined in with my family. The boils were good no complaints about them, however, the lobster sliders were so small and barely had any lobster in them at all! Never had this happen at other locations. This is the first time at this location and the sliders were very disappointing. The service here was terrible. We had a different server throughout our visit. The different servers was a bit annoying because of of the things we ordered wasn’t actually put in the system and they had no communication with one another. My fiancée who got the sliders wasn’t full from the small portion so we ordered the chicken strips and they never arrived… the rest of the family finished their meal and the strips still hadn’t arrived. We had to ask for our order of beer after 20 mins of it not arriving. Mind you it wasn’t a busy time either so there’s no excuse for it to take over 20 mins for the beer. Our food didn’t all come out at the same time either it came out staggered with 10 mins in between each persons food which is annoying. Overall the food experience was okay. This location seems to be stingy with their portions. I would definitely recommend another location over this one fyi. Also the seafood fried rice barely had any seafood in it it was all rice with a few pieces of shrimp and maybe a few pieces of scallop.

THE BESTTT CAPTAINS BOIL LOCATION!! their sauce is the best consistency and flavour. they also have the fattest most juiciest crab legs, way more meat than other locations. came by and asked us if we were okay with everything MANY times. they are they best here
Loved the ambience here so much! Well enough room for a large group to eat and the food is definitely worth it as you get so satisfied and still get to have take aways. The customer service as well was top tier and Ivy made sure to make us feel comfortable and well attended to. Will definitely recommend this place and location!
