Our server Theresa was attentive, reliable and friendly. Food was delicious and was pleased they also offered non seafood options. Atmosphere was great and the premises were clean. Will be back!

Menu is very hard to navigate. No prices everything is based of market value. So its never the same cost for the meal.The menu also only allows one boil for a single serving while most people want to try a few different items.Service was extremely slow and disorganized. Some food never made it to the table according to others in my group.The topper to it all!Cross contamination food poisoning. I have been sick all night puking and this was what made me sick. All this for the low cost of $99.00 for a single person.

It was a bit of a disappointment. The location was starting to look rundown. The booth that we sat at was breaking down they had duct tape to fix it. The menus look like they were a million years old. The service was good they were friendly they came and checked on us numerous times I think the different locations are having difficulty keeping up with the traditional standards

It’s very worst service in Vaughan.. even when you arrived in restaurant they can’t ask you anything… always wait for delivery and restaurant. I suggest everyone please don’t go there…Vegetarian options: I am very grumpy now cos of their worst service…

I occasionally visit this location a couple times a year and yesterday’s visit put a not so favourable taste in my mouth. 1. Service was lazy. Very lack lustre as if we as the guest were an inconvenience. No warm welcome or pleasantries discussed, server’s listening skills could improve as she made an assumption without thinking through what was said in regard to order. Server never once checked in on table to see if everything was good or needed. When bill time came with pinpad in face and tip screen visible, she felt the need to ask “how was the food?” Experiences like this are why tipping is controversial. I believe in tipping service that is beyond standard. However, I don’t believe server was intentionally dismissive (I hope not) just did a poor job this day so I still tipped 15%. 2. Food came out separately (add ons) which is fine, however the time in between delivery was just non-sensical. My food was practically done before my final add on was received. The food last year at this location used to be saucy, enough for dipping and adding extra items to coat. Now there isn’t much to dip into which forces you to pay the additional for extra sauce which was offered. Server was considerate enough to remove late arrival item from bill as it was pointless to eat by that time. 3. Women's restroom was icky, absolutely no toilet paper - thank goodness for paper towels I guess? When mentioned to server, again, she was unmoved. Overall, 3 stars for this location that normal does well on the food, service eh, well its debatable but the combination of yesterday’s experience was just piss poor and it was not busy. There is plenty room for training on dine-service. Servers are impactful and where the kitchen might have fumbled on the meal, the server always has the opportunity to improve the guest’s experience.
