We had a fantastic time with Taylor and Felicia in our Tastes of Thailand cooking class. The class was engaging, and the final product for the food was delicious. Cannot recommend the experience enough.

I took another class which was the Thai one and loved it. Chef Taylor is so passionate about East Asian cuisine and knowledgeable. I love that she added her own flare to the recipes, which staying true to the cuisine. I also love that she had the class taste each meal before adding key seasoning that way you can taste the difference in flavour. Thanks Chef Taylor for an amazing class and can’t wait to have you again at the Korean one.

What a fun and informative night. Chef Taylor and Elizabeth made sure we had a good time. The menu was interesting and they really got us involved in the food prep. Nice mix of people...wide range of age, culinary ability etc... Chef Upstairs...We'll be back!
