There was no option to give you guys 0 star, This is what you get for $18? It's just ice + an ice cream scoop on top.

I have tried a couple of halo halo in Scarborough & North York. This is the Best so far! Worth the money. So far have just tried the Ube flavour. Many Thanks to Crane Express for creating the product. Worth the money! Your food truck idea is amazing. Wish you have a cafe where we can enjoy your snacks & halo halo especially in winter!❤️

It was hard to find at first but once I saw the sign clearly that’s how your find it. It’s beside a yoga studio on the right. I got the buko pandan halo halo and cookie, and it’s the best.

The lady from Nepal was bouncy and nice but the ube halo halo was poor. It was tasteless, alot of crushed ice ,no taste of evaporated milk, and no sugar. The halo halo was NOT a good tasting Filipino halo halo. I am disappointed spending 15 dollars to get alot of crushed ice without much taste and only 1 scoop of ice cream.

A Hidden Gem for Halo-Halo Lovers!

I was craving a sweet treat and stumbled upon The Crane Express. This is a hidden gem! It’s also a pool hall with very good deal package.

I ordered three flavors of Halo-Halo to try: Ube, Mango, and Piña Colada, and they were all absolutely perfect! Each one came with generous portions of fruit, ice cream, bubbles, and other delicious ingredients. The presentation was colorful and fun, and the flavors were just as vibrant.

The service was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be back to try the other four flavors and maybe play the pool, too.

Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area and looking for a refreshing, and more than satisfying treat/dessert.

Was really excited to try out crane for the halo halo

The halo halo was decent with a nice amount of fillings but seemed underwhelming. It did look great when it was made though

I think it would’ve been that much better if they would’ve been able to spread the ingredients more evenly so you’re not trying to get a mix of shaved ice and toppings

Service was alright. Didn’t have much conversation with the person behind the counter but very quick in making the drink

The place is inside a sports complex that can be quite busy. The parking lot seems large, but can get filled up quickly during their peak times. Being busy could also be attributed to the rental of the courts in the complex in addition to the gym

Good job

I saw the reviews and thought, what could this cute little shop have done to deserve a 3 star? So I decided to try it for myself.

Well, it's a mediocre halo halo for $18+tax. So I have to agree with the other reviews.

Also the canned(?) jackfruit they use is sooo bad. Normally I'm a fan of jackfruit but this one was so gross and chewy. They put it on the ube halo halo too.

And fyi this shop is inside some sports business. It's loud and there's nowhere pleasant to sit. They have a dirty little couch by the counter.

Halo halo was bomb!
But not a fan for the grilled pork.

1 star is for the lack of customer service. My wife and I do enjoy the drinks from Crane Express and stop in the Sheppard West location from time to time. But in a recent visit I bit into what looked to be a rock in my drink. I took a picture and sent it to management hoping for some kind of explanation. Weeks later no response and it looks like customer complaints aren't a priority.

Was really looking forward to trying this place, in particular for their halo halo.Went to the Steeles location in Vaughan only to find out that they had moved to a new location in North York, Sheppard and Bathurst???? Was so confused!!!! If you Google the Steeles Ave. location, the address is tied to Max of Manila restaurant, so I went inside to inquire about Crane Express and was told they had moved locations a month ago!!!! No where on their website does it indicate a new location in North York or that the Vaughan location is now closed. Only IG, if you happen to check, mentions the North York address and location. C’mon ppl…get it straight!!!! Poor poor marketing. I feel bad for the people (myself included) who drive all the way to this location only to find an abandoned store :(DESPITE the mix up, STILL made the trek over to the new location in North York (was supposed to meet up with friends there) and ordered their Ube halo halo. After all the inconvenience (and horrible traffic not to mention) I was looking forward to trying this long awaited treat. But what a disappointment. I mean, I really wanted to like it, but I just couldn’t. The halo halo looked all fancy, but it was just flavourless. Plus, what’s up with the short spoons that you can’t even mix your halo halo properly with??? And at $13 a pop, I should have just stayed at Max of Manila and called it a day. But that was on me. Maybe the food at Crane Express is worth a try, but nah, I’ll pass.

I will give 2 stars for now.I understand these guys just opened. But they really made a bad first impression for the customerAs a new place in the area. Of course alot of people are curious to go in and try them out.But there is only 1 person working!!Shes taking orders and making them, it shouldnt be like this as the line and wait is getting longer and some people already walked out as they got tired of waitingI feel bad for her because i can see shes under alot of pressure. We only ordered 2 drinks and it took about 20 mins. So imagine being the last person in line.Other than that the halo-halo was deliciousI hope they take these concerns seriously as we plan to go back and hoping a different outcome.
