Food is always good at the Keg! Our serious was excellent.
Waiter was attentive, professional and knowledgeable!
Food was delicious. Fresh and the steak came out hot. Service was wonderful. Highly recommend to visit while in Toronto
Always amazing. Exactly as expected
The best steak!
3 stars means ok. The crispy Calamari is ok. There are a couple of pieces that stick together by the batter. So it is just ok. The Caesar salad is ok. We ordered the 18 Oz prime ribs to share, and they split the order into 2 plates. The prime ribs are ok. It is medium rare, which is what i ordered. But the spices are really strong on the skin. It is very very salty. The funny thing is that I ordered the double baked potato as side. They really split the baked potato into 2. Yes, that is the order. But how much is a baked potato without any topping? $2. Yes, that is what they entitle to do. If I am the waiter, I will give a full potato for each plate so I can have a chance to receive bigger tips. ........ but the worst is the lighting. They put us into the corner, the far end of the restaurant. The lighting is so dark that it is like eating in the darkroom. The overall keg experience at Vaughn Mill is subpar compared to other kegs in the Toronto area.
Great service from Tyler et al. A small hiccup with an order was handled very well. That's the mark of good customer service. 6 of us had a very enjoyable evening. Wouldn't hesitate to come here again.
Thanks to all of the staff who did a great job.

Worst experience ever. Waited over an hour and a half for a table (this was the wait time), and when we went inside to ask they said they have no clue when we will get a table after waiting so long. Never coming again.

Came to this restaurant to celebrate my hubby's birthday. We got an 18oz prime rib, (medium rare), a Keg burger, and Ceasar salad. Everything tasted perfect! And just before we left, my hubby was given a surprise treat--a Billy Miner pie! It was heavenly. We totally enjoyed our dinner.

Currently eating at the Keg on Rutherford and I feel as if I am having a sit down meal at Montana’s instead. Who has the aux in this establishment???? Our server is currently speaking down to us as if we’re stupid. Food is 10/10 though. Stays slapping. Cheers.

Had dinner with my family tonight at the Maple location.
We arrived, were seated and our server was pleasant enough. She took our drink and appetizer order then asked us if we were celebrating anything. I said, that in fact we were, it was my son’s birthday.
Our drinks arrived and we ordered our steaks. Each one of us had it cooked differently.
Our steaks arrived by two different people. The plates were placed in front of us and we had to ask which was the rare, which medium rare. The servers picked up the dishes and had to move them around. Why weren’t we asked before the dishes we placed in front of us.
Our server shows up 10 minutes into our meal asking if we wanted salt or pepper. What’s the point, we’re half way done. Speaking of half way, our steaks were terrible; over seasoned. A good piece of meat does not require all that seasoning- unless you’re hiding something.
Needless to say, we all left half of our steaks uneaten.
Finally we were asked if we wanted anything else. We said no and almost instantly we were presented with the bill. As we’re taking out our card, my daughter whispers to me, “they always give the birthday person a piece of cake. They did it for my friend when she came and haven’t you noticed all the people they’ve been giving it to tonight?”.
Ok, so now I’m wondering, why did our server ask us if we were celebrating something? What was the point of that?
The evening was the most expensive hour and a half I spent in a long time. Service was poor and food mediocre.
Sorry Keg, there are plenty of other places I can spend an evening and have a good experience. The Keg is not one of those places. Won’t be returning.
