I feel like the Keg never disappoints. I’ve been to different locations and each time I’ve had a good experience with no complaints whatsoever. When I went this time it was no different. The foods were really good the staff were all very nice and friendly and overall really good atmosphere to talk and have gatherings. It’s a really good restaurant for celebrations there were at least 4 people having their birthdays when I went.

I like The Keg steaks but this time I ordered medium steaks and they served me well done. There’s no racks for locking bicycles.

Amazing place to celebrate your B-day 🥳!

We had the Prime Rib steak cooked medium-well, and it was just melting in the mouth. For sides, we went with the double-baked potato—creamy, rich, and super filling. For dessert, we got a complimentary birthday treat: the famous Billy Miner (mocha ice cream on a brownie), which was the perfect sweet ending.

On top of the great food, our waiter Dylan was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience even better. Huge thanks as well to manager Brandon for offering us an extra dessert to make up for the wait for our table - such a thoughtful touch!

We come here once in a while when we’re craving steak.
The steak quality is still very good, and the service is always on point.
The only difference for me is the atmosphere—it doesn’t feel the same anymore. It’s much louder now, likely because the place has gotten busier..

I ordered the ribeye steak and it was cooked perfectly — juicy, tender, and full of flavor. The seasoning was spot on, and the portion was generous. Great service and atmosphere too. Definitely a place I’d come back to for a great steak!

We were there last Saturday for my husband’s birthday.. i called to make a preservation and i ordered a piece of cake with candle the lady over the phone said for sure we can do that .. we went we ordered food after dinner i waited but they didn’t bring the cake .. then i was surprised when the guy came ask if we want take a look at the dessert menu i was disappointed i told him we are waiting for the cake as i ordered over the phone he said nobody told me that .. i went to the lady at reception she checked the preservation she start apologizing .. and she told that they forgot to bring the cake .. Iam really disappointed and i will never visit again and never recommend anyone to celebrate there as they don’t care about there customers valued days or events .. plus very expensive for the size of the stake

My husband and I both have management positions in customer-facing jobs and so very rarely do I use the word exceptional when referring to customer service. The service we received at this location was exceptional. Brandon, one of the managers, was incredible. He was friendly, intuitive, and so accommodating. We brought our 4mo out with us and the lengths he went to to make sure we were all comfortable was beyond over and above; honestly no wonder he's a manager. Our server for the evening was Casseo. Casseo was outstanding the entire night. He was attentive, he engaged with everyone at the table, made us laugh, and was just amazingly pleasant all evening. It was Saturday night and the restaurant was BUSY, but he never made us feel rushed even though we knew we were taking up prime real estate (we were sat at an 8 top for 3 adults and a baby, just so we could all be comfortable - again shout out to Brandon). Casseo was create-custom-tip-cause-22%-aint-cutting-it level awesome. Truly a pleasure being served by Casseo.

My husband and I live *literally* 3 minutes away from another Keg location, but the service we received here would make us seriously consider the 30 minute drive out the next time we're craving steak. Thank you Brandon and Casseo for a truly great experience!

My partner and I had a great time at The Keg last night! The prime rib was cooked perfectly—it was juicy, tender, and incredibly flavorful. The staff were also wonderful and provided excellent service. We'll definitely be back soon!

The food was good, as usual, the ambiance great; however, immediately after serving the main course, our waiter has disappeared without a trace. We couldn't order dessert, or more drinks, or anything at all, really.

Turning around revealed that he was stuck at a different table with two young, pretty girls, and was chatting to them this entire time for about twenty five minutes. I had to physically walk up to that table, tap him on the shoulder, and ask for another drink.

While, as a man, I totally understand him, this is completely unacceptable for a restaurant at Keg's level, and kind of ruined a portion of our evening. Oh, and the minimum tip is now 18%, even for service like this. Nice.
