I really enjoyed my evening with my partner here. The calamari was amazing and we shared the pesto chicken linguine which was quite tasteful! We were served by Vanessa who came up to check up on us and was so kind and fun to talk to! Never felt like I needed to call them down or try to get their attention throughout the night like our experience at other restaurants. Definitely going to come here again ☺️

Had a pleasant dinner at the Pickle Barrel at Vaughan Mills. Our server Vanessa was personable, helpful and offered the perfect level of attentiveness. We got the tomato (delicious!) and fish and chips (solid). The sticky toffee pudding and gluten free chocolate cake were also great. Would return.

I think the chef loves salt. Everything was too salty! We ordered my favorite Chicken Parm and Lobster and shrimp Linguine and bhoy the amount of salt was extreme. Considering I often eat there. This will definitely be my last. I wish they can open another restaurant inside the Vaughan Mills Mall. Extremely disappointed. Pickle Barrel really is going downhill. Never ever ! Cheesecake Factory or even East Side Mario please take over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When we arrived, no one was stationed at the exterior door to seat us. Took quite a while to get a table. Atmosphere was like a Denny’s. Got seated and ordered an Apple blossom (or whatever they called it). Was a special, not on the menu. When we got rhetorical dessert, it was still slightly cold inside. I guess “chef Mic” didn’t do a very good job reheating it. Portion was tiny. Maybe 3” long by 2” wide and some ice crème. Totally disappointed. Was like a child’s portion. And then the bill came and it was $10! Not worth the money. And no oranges to have with wheat beer.
