Visiting this location every morning around 6 a.m., but the service has been consistently disappointing. There’s a asian lady who always takes orders at the drive-thru around this time (6 am), and she is extremely rude, rushing customers by yelling “Move on” and not listening to orders properly, which often results in the coffee being ruined. When I tried to address the issue, no assistance was provided, and no supervisor was available. I hope the management can address this and improve the experience for customers.

After waiting at the register for 10 minutes, I was given an incorrect order which contained ingredients I couldn't eat. When I politely asked if I could exchange my order, I was told that there was no way they could’ve incorrectly taken my order and expected to pay for the whole new order. The cashier then attempted to ask other customers what they heard to try and prove that the order was made right. When I asked for a manager, I was told to reach into the garbage myself to retrieve what portions of the order I had thrown out and to bring it to the counter. The manager was insistent, saying, "Yes, reach into the garbage and grab out your food and then we will refund you," despite having shown her the food a minute earlier.

I only receive the wrong product when ordering from this Tim Hortons in Toronto. Every time I receive a product other than what I ordered. Either there is a language problem or the employees do not know the names of the products they sell. I ask the authorities to check.

Smallest farmer wrap ever. Why are they making it soo small. It was like 2 bites. My hand is xs womens hands. This is so disappointing.

Unbelievably Disgraceful Service – Complete Disregard for Customers!
This is by far the WORST experience I've ever had at any Tim Hortons. I went to this location at 11 PM – clearly within their posted operating hours. Despite this, I was flat-out told by two staff members (both appeared to be Indian) that they were "closed." Yet, I could see people still being served!What makes this situation even more infuriating is the outright negligence and favoritism shown by the staff. Instead of taking my order, these two employees were laughing and chatting with their friends (who were NOT staff), giving them free coffee, and completely ignoring me as if my presence was a nuisance. When I questioned why they were serving their friends while refusing to serve me, they didn’t even have the decency to acknowledge me. Instead, they continued to speak in their own language, making me feel disrespected and likely ridiculed.This type of behavior is absolutely outrageous, unprofessional, and insulting. It's clear that these employees couldn't care less about their actual job or paying customers. Giving away free coffee to friends while refusing service to paying customers is not only unethical, it’s theft! I am shocked that a well-established brand like Tim Hortons would allow such employees to tarnish its reputation.I demand immediate action from the owner of this location and the Tim Hortons head office. This location has gone unchecked for far too long, and based on my experience, it’s being run like a personal hangout for these employees, not a business. If this level of customer abuse continues, I will be escalating this matter further. Tim Hortons needs to enforce its standards because this location is an absolute disgrace!

The branch at Keele and Rutherford is very disorganized. Too many orders are taken every minute. When an order is handed out, the customer does not know that it is the correct order nor do the workers know. Again, this may not be because workers don’t have the skills or customer-friendly quality. Much rather, this is because they are under pressure to sell more. Profit drive at the expense of customer satisfaction plus workers’ heightened stress level.

Honestly, they don’t even deserve 1 star… 0 customer service… very rude employees… we went at this location two times.. both the time we had such an awful experience… we had to wait there for 15 minutes the girls were busy, bitching bout their supervisor or manager.. feeling really bad for lucy.. they literally have no sense how to talk? As we started ordering, the first thing they said was” kon hai eh bhen da yar”.. I just wanted to know if this is the right way to attend the
customers…if they don want to work let them sit at their homes or at least give them the proper training..we just wanted to have a nice coffee after a tiring day and they abuse us literally for no reason.. I will never visit at this location….this happens on 28 August at 3:40 am.
