The store manager doesn’t understand online orders. She doesn’t listen to my complaints and keeps raising her voice, which is her only way of communicating. The poor customer service has finally forced me to cancel my order.

Something I did not like about this when I order my breakfast and then I told the lady about the sides other than my breakfast order she's telling me it's inside already and they charge me extra with out having my side order with my breakfast.

Management is horrible. Overheard an employee loudly being scolded in front of everyone by the blonde worker named Lucy (could be heard across the place) for giving someone water who is in need !! How horrible do you have to be to deny a basic human right? The lovely employee was Komal. They should learn from her!
