One of the worst Tim Hortons I've been to in the GTA, and that is saying alot as I am a construction worker and my diet consists of Tim Hortons daily.
There is over 8 people walking around and nobody taking orders.

The lineup takes so long, I was able to write this review. I ordered a coffee and a tea. The order took so long and by the time I got to the front of the drive through, I forgot why I was there.

I also wanted a cup of water but for some reason they refused to give it to me. Oh well. I guess they don't want customers that bad.

Mobile ordered 25 mins in advance, came to pick it up and then when I showed nothing was ready. Showed the lady my order off the receipt then they gave me the wrong sandwich. When I asked for both because now I’m late for work (I waited 15 mins), she told me that it’s not her fault and that I can’t have the other one even though they were just going to throw it out. Crap service with rude comments. I’m going to McDonald’s now

Terrible service. I cant and don’t want to hold this against tims… but this happens quiet often.
I ordered med. iced capp… she made me a small. I was questioning her, if large iced Capp. Is now$5.55? Because that’s what they charged me on the morning. So, another girl comes from the back n says something to the girl i was questioning… and unprofessionally says to me, i made your coffee in the morning and yes its that much.
I was disappointed at the way she behaved. Upon which i didn’t want to stay around… but waited for this girl to make me the right size iced Capp.

Please, don't hire girls who can’t understand what and how much has been paid.

Vegetarian options: Bad choices.
