Bad experience many times, we ordered protein vanilla latte near about 2pm, every time they said like that we don’t have protein milk.

I’m a regular at this Tim Hortons. I work right nearby, so, I will often grab something before work. Today I ordered an Iced Chai and a Herb and Garlic Snacker. The drive through lady was pleasant when she took my order. But, the man at the window taking my payment was not pleasant at all. No smile, and the only thing he said during our interaction was “buh bye”. I wasn’t told my total, asked my method of payment, my order wasn’t confirmed or anything. I know everyone has bad days, but, in service, even if it’s drive through… the customer you’re serving didn’t do anything bad to you, so why would you treat them with such blatant disrespect?

When I got to the cash, ordered and paid the server then started a new pot of tea. Then I had to wait another 5 minutes after waiting 20 minutes in line.

I visited the store yesterday at 10:00pm and saw really bad atmosphere where the staff was ignoring us fully no greeting ZERO customer service. And we have ordered some coffees and latte but they gave us bad stuff may be the milk we all got food poisoned because of that. I really want to contact the manager of this branch cause i was at night shift with my team cause of this food we got sick and our project cancel. Really bad experience.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received at Tim Hortons. On multiple occasions, I have been given food items that I did not order. This recurring issue is both frustrating and unacceptable, especially since I have been charged for mistakes that were not mine.
Today, it happened again—three items were added to my order that I did not request, and I was charged for them. Not only is this inconvenient, but it also feels unfair and careless.
This type of experience leaves a very negative impression, and I hope for greater accountability and better service moving forward.

Probably the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to in terms of terrible service. I asked for a bagel double toasted only to get a really burnt bagel. Not sure whoever was making it even realized. When I went back to ask for a new bagel, I got a barely toasted bagel- for which was obviously done out of spite. That’s very sad.
