I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received at Tim Hortons. On multiple occasions, I have been given food items that I did not order. This recurring issue is both frustrating and unacceptable, especially since I have been charged for mistakes that were not mine.
Today, it happened again—three items were added to my order that I did not request, and I was charged for them. Not only is this inconvenient, but it also feels unfair and careless.
This type of experience leaves a very negative impression, and I hope for greater accountability and better service moving forward.

Probably the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to in terms of terrible service. I asked for a bagel double toasted only to get a really burnt bagel. Not sure whoever was making it even realized. When I went back to ask for a new bagel, I got a barely toasted bagel- for which was obviously done out of spite. That’s very sad.

Don’t go to this Tim Horton’s. If you get my order wrong the first time I get it and I can even understand but when you get my order wrong several times now you make people mad. How does the Tim Horton employee understand a muffin when I order a bagel. Don’t even sound the same. Maybe you lack organization in your place something is wrong and should be addressed and fixed.

Rude, incompetent & unhelpful staff that gives you attitude when trying to order, making their own rules up so a customer cannot get what they want. Then what is the point of going here? No point at all. Save your money, dignity, and hunger and go somewhere else. Indians in this location don’t know how to work or deal with customers. They also gave me old stale food on a supposedly fresh order, stale like their personality. My morning breakfast was ruined and I’m greatly disappointed. 🚮

Absolutely atrocious location better off the star than to try to get something proper here they don't pay attention when taking your order and get it wrong and then they wonder why. I also asked for my item to be toasted well done they didn't bother to toast it at all. I'll be bringing this store to the attention of head office RBI.
