terrible location, went here with my family just to grab a warm drink and something sweet. we sat down unfortunately the entire place had a smokey scent and atmosphere to a point where it got hard to breath. the staff started cleaning the grills at 8pm while customers were still sitting down. the store hours for saturday is until 11pm and i dont see the reason why this couldnt be done after closing hours. i understand you need to clean your grills but not to the point where its hard to breath and the entire store smells like burning oil and chemicals. i will not be returning to a tim hortons anytime soon.

I would like to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience my husband and I had recently at your Tim Hortons location, where we usually visit with our friends.
When we arrived, the table we were seated at was very dirty. The previous customer had left half of their sandwich and their coffee cup on the table. We politely asked the cashier if the table could be cleaned for us. Unfortunately, both the cashier and the store manager looked at us with indifference and did not take any action.
As a result, we felt uncomfortable and were forced to leave the café. This location has always been a regular meeting place for us and our friends, so this experience was very disappointing.
We were quite upset by the lack of cleanliness and the unprofessional response from the staff, and we kindly ask that this matter be looked into to prevent similar situations in the future.

This guys makes horrible steeped tea & coffee, this week I ordered 2 different days, normally at around 5pm-7pm, both days my coffee mood is ruined while driving back to home. There are some unprofessional staff at around evening time. Please train your staff, I repeat.
