I just got the croissant, bacon, egg sandwich and when I opened it up I was shocked find a tiny iddy-bitty sandwich, the square processed cheese being bigger the diameter of croissant. My 4 year old daughters biscuit sandwich bigger then my mine, I guess you haven’t got around to shrinking the size of the biscuit yet, can’t wait for that!. Tim hortons should be ashamed for ripping off their customers, Tim hortons himself is turning over in his grave to what the new owners are doing to this once fine establishment.

I frequently visit Tim Hortons and truly enjoy their food quality and the cozy atmosphere. The tables are consistently clean, and the washrooms are well-maintained, which is greatly appreciated. However, there is one recurring issue that diminishes the experience poor customer service, especially from some employees of Indian origin. To the customers who are Indian please don’t get surprised when you get or feel a rude customer service from your own country people
As someone who values respect and professionalism, it's disheartening to encounter dismissive or arrogant behavior from staff members who share the same cultural background. This behavior can make the experience uncomfortable and leaves a negative impression, particularly for those expecting a warm and welcoming service environment.
I hope Tim Hortons management and the place owner takes notice of this and provides better training to ensure every customer, regardless of background, receives the same courteous and friendly service that aligns with the brand’s reputation.

It's sweet and delicious.
It's a popular place in Canada, but it's hard to understand why they're strategically trying to transform it into a more upscale image when they come to Korea.
Tim Hortons is usually a great place, but this place can't seem to get my order right. They keep putting sweetener in my drink. I am allergic to this stuff. Even though I told them no sugar and no sweetener. 😟

Horrendous. I have a dietary restriction, so I order food with thorough instructions. I ordered a breakfast sandwich WITHOUT egg, and I made sure like 3 times. I get my sandwich and it has egg🤡 It was a simple instruction which they couldn’t follow. Furthermore, I ordered 50 Timbits (20 chocolate and 30 honey). They gave me 20 of each. I ordered 50 Timbits, got 40, and got egg on my sandwich.
