Very disappointing experience. I ordered a mocha, but the lady (Indian) took the order didn’t pay attention and the man ( Indian ) served me a hot chocolate instead. When I pointed out the mistake, instead of apologizing, they were laughing and told me Tim Hortons doesn’t make what I asked for. It made me feel embarrassed and disrespected.
I went back again to clarify, and another staff member told me I had ordered hot chocolate, which is not true. The attitude was rude and unprofessional. Mistakes can happen, but how staff handle them matters. But the Philippine lady replaced my order but a bit rude though

Donuts and muffins are disgusting. Pizza is not bad. Coffee is adequate as long s you add milk or cream. I wish people would remember you get what you pay for. My worry is that seniors are eating all this cheap food with chemicals and very little nutrients just because it's cheap.

Very sad experience with my morning order. The cashier initially tried to charge extra for croissant on an order of sausage on plain croissant. After I pointed it out, he removed the extra charge. Unfortunately, I didn’t open the croissant right away, and when I did, I discovered there was no sausage at all on my sausage croissant order. Very disappointing.

Went in for a coffee this morning around 8am lady named Geta was very friendly and made my day I will definitely come back here.
Went Christmas. Sign on the door said they closed at 5. I arrived at 430 and was told they were closed. They wouldn't sell me any of the donuts in the window or even a tea. A bunch of people showed up before 5 but they refused everyone service. They even locked the door when they say people coming to the door.
