Went Christmas. Sign on the door said they closed at 5. I arrived at 430 and was told they were closed. They wouldn't sell me any of the donuts in the window or even a tea. A bunch of people showed up before 5 but they refused everyone service. They even locked the door when they say people coming to the door.

I been to this place couple of times but seriously i never got a good experience always I got very old croissants or very old muffins never fresh always .

Ordered a double double and was sadly disappointed when I discovered after I had left they had made a 2 x cream. It’s not that difficult to make a coffee when it’s written up for you to make Tim Hortons!

I ordered a take 12 on Friday morning at around 5:50; I have the order number if needed. I usually have no issues with my order but this time rather than getting 12 cups I got 8 cups and insufficient amount of milk and sugar. I am extremely disappointed, this is not adequate customer service. This is a mistake that can be easily avoided if the workers took time to count the amount of cups and put more care into my order.

This is typically the place where I procure my loaded bowls, which are renowned for their exceptional quality and craftsmanship, prepared with pride until tonight, November 18, at 9:10pm I encountered a new employee whom I had not seen before; upon my arrival, I inquired about the availability of the loaded bowls. She initially stated that they were no longer being made. I informed her that I was told they are available around the clock, and at 9:10 pm, she went to the back of the establishment. The manager, who is known for preparing the best bowls, confirmed that they were indeed available. However, the young lady proceeded to prepare the bowls by ripping the lettuce with her hands, despite my advising her that a knife should be used. She responded that she was wearing gloves. Additionally, the chicken was not properly cut. Regrettably, this experience was the most disappointing I have had at this otherwise excellent establishment. I apologize for this grievance.
It appears that positive feedback receives a direct response from the owners, while negative comments are often directed to customer service. This approach may lead to a decline in customer satisfaction and, ultimately, impact the longevity of Tim Hortons.

I have been using this Tim hortons for a long time and have never had a bad experience here, but today I had a very unpleasant experience.. My daughter wanted an iced latte, so we visited there around 8 pm today. It was crowded, and all employees seemed busy. My daughter ordered an iced Latte, but she gave my daughter a hot latte. When I told the female employee that my daughter ordered an iced latte, but she flatly refused and her attitude was quite cold. I was about to complain because of her attitude, but my daughter stopped me, so we just left. In most cases like this, I understand that most Timhotons stores usually provide the drinks that customers want without any arguing with them. This is the first time I've been treated as if I did something wrong in this way.

Very disappointing experience.
This Tim Hortons has a really bad smell inside and the staff are always super slow. Every time I come, they completely forget about the selforder machine nobody checks it, so orders sit there forever. It feels like no one is paying attention. Definitely needs better management and cleanliness.
PSA PLASTIC IN FOOD: I literally just bit into plastic or glass in my bagel!!I’m hoping my tooth isn’t cracked and there is no manager on duty to discuss this with. a worker took the glass or plastic (NOT salt) and is trying to get a hold of the manager but there is no response. this is ridiculous. i need to get ahold of corporate. exiting to add: upon speaking with the team this is the second time in six months that this has happened.

Unsatisfactory experience in the visit. Ordered a wrap and a coffee. Both were burning hot especially the wrap. The wrap was way too small compared to other stores and it was heated too much and the contents messed up. Also no napkins provided with the wrap. I'm a regular customer of tims and this is one of the worst experiences.
The cleanliness and ambience of the store is okay.
