As a customer, I noticed the management at this location is really poor. The staff are clearly overworked because management keeps pushing extra tasks on them, and the manager is rude and unprofessional. It creates a really negative vibe, and you can see it affects both employees and customers. Definitely not the kind of experience you expect from Tims.

I got this coffee today near by 3.45 pm i drank half of it and was feeling something wrong with the taste and something itchy in my throat the milk and coffee were soo gross

Very rude customer service by Indian female employee just because customer asked to change the coffee. Female employee was yelling and shouting on customer and I witnessed it.Tim Horton mainly focused on providing great customer service experience so hire people who are customer oriented and not who affect the brand and bring the business down by losing the customer due to terrible customer service.

If you want the bacon in your turkey bacon club to be cold and soggy, this is the place to go.
2 times in a row I ordered with the app and they forgot my hash brown. I tell the lady with glasses standing by the coffee it's missing she tells me it's in the bag when it's not. Then when I ask her she can check she just bags one for me and throws it on the counter, no apologies nothing. They also forgot my pastries on the order and it took 5 minutes for them to get it for me. This store has to do a refresher on customer service and change the attitude of some of their workers.
