“I had an absolutely horrible experience at Tim Hortons today with indian aunty and one more laddy I ordered a chai tea, but they gave me a steep tea instead. When I politely pointed out the mistake, the staff became rude and defensive, yelling at me instead of fixing the issue. To my shock, they even said they wouldn’t provide me service anymore.
This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. I was treated as if I was the one at fault for their mistake. A simple apology and correction would have resolved the issue, but instead, I was humiliated.
It’s disappointing that a place has such unprofessional staff. I won’t be returning to this location, and I’d warn others to avoid it as well.”

Wow! I walked in and this has to be the most multicultural Tim Hortons I have seen in a long time. I've seen every race working in there at one time. This is something that I miss seeing. This is what you call Canada. Not like the other. Tim
I’m disappointed to have to update my review due to the declining quality of service at this Tim Hortons. I’ve visited every day this week, both through mobile orders placed 15+ minutes in advance and in person, and the experience has consistently been frustrating. The wait times are excessively long, regardless of how or when I order.
Additionally, I’ve noticed a shortage of ingredients—such as running out of bacon and potato wedges never being available. There were even instances of lost orders, which is unacceptable for a location I previously chose for its efficiency.
It seems the drive-thru is prioritized at the expense of walk-in customers, which significantly impacts service speed. What used to be a reliable option for a quick meal has now become impractical, especially if you’re on a tight schedule, such as during a lunch break or while catching a bus.
While the food quality remains good, the service has declined to the point where I can no longer recommend this location to anyone in a rush. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to restore the level of service this location once had.
