There were two ladies working in the drive thru around 7 PM today. One of them was nice, but the other one was very rude and honestly not smart at all. I asked to speak with a manager and she called him so I could talk to him. I asked for his name, but he didn’t want to give it to me. The funny thing is his name was clearly showing on the phone screen because she placed the phone facing me while he was on speaker. His name showed as Rakesh.

If she was smart, she wouldn’t have shown the name and she would have just replaced their defective Ice Capp the first time I asked. She eventually replaced it, but by then the whole situation just made her look bad.

Rude and unprofessional service at the drive-through

We visited this Tim Hortons drive-through and ordered two teas. The tea was very cold, so we politely told the staff member at the window (the lady wearing a shift head-cover). Instead of handling it professionally, she argued that it wasn’t cold and insisted it was hot. After some back-and-forth, she told us to come around again, made us wait, and then rudely said that other customers didn’t complain.

Her attitude was completely unprofessional—we were polite the whole time, just asking for properly hot tea. Instead of resolving the issue kindly, she told us “don’t come here again.” That’s not how customers should be treated.

We hope the management looks into this and provides proper customer-service training to their staff. We’ve always loved Tim Hortons, but this experience was really disappointing.

This location according to the Google map opens at 4 AM, but on Sunday Oct 19, 2025 early morning around 6 AM, saw employees inside, door cannot open , drive through no one answers, quite a few cars drove away because of this. I tried to call them in case they are not aware, but no one answers. Such a surprise, not a very positive one.
