Very disappointing drive-thru experience at 3:15 PM today.

We ordered a couple of sandwiches and an iced coffee, specifically requesting almond milk. It was entered correctly on the screen as “iced coffee with almond milk.”

At the pickup window, the iced coffee we received was a very pale shade, clearly made with cream. When we asked, the staff confirmed it was iced coffee with cream. We reminded them we had asked for almond milk and returned it.

A replacement was given to us, but after the person with the dairy allergy took a sip, it was clear the drink had not been properly remade. She had a negative reaction, indicating it either still contained cream or was contaminated from the previous drink. This is extremely concerning, especially given the clear request for almond milk and the seriousness of dairy allergies.

This is unacceptable, as it shows a lack of care in preparing orders correctly and poses a serious risk to customers with dietary restrictions or allergies.

Poor Customer Service at the Drive Thru on July 31, 2025, @ approximately 9:12-9:15am.
The Male employee working at the Drive thru was just rude during our interaction. I hope that steps will be taken to address this internally so future customers don’t have a similar experience.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I’d appreciate a response or follow-up regarding how this will be handled.

Thanks

The manager Anu is really really rude. Day by day this place going to be hell. Poor management team as well.
Wish a new management team so we can enjoy Timmie’s. Poor staff member who’s working in this condition and under of this manager feel bad for the staff.
Order any time first of all not fresh food, all the time use microwave to keep it warm.
Make a complaint, still they don’t wanna listen and care about it.
I wish new Timmie open near by in this area so we can use that one.

One more thing, every time, every second car has to pick up the order from back door not from the window. I called Tim Hortons head office as well about it. Some time staff member has more than 1 order and they mixed it.

To owner if you really want to run this business long term please change the staff and management. My bad I have to come by 5 days a week. Staff don’t sell fresh food. Just make micro and give to customers. Very rude manager Anu.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location, entirely due to the poor decision-making of the manager rakesh . Instead of allowing customers to pick up their orders at the window —like every other normal Tim Hortons—the manager is forcing everyone to go around to the back door for pickup. This is completely unreasonable and unprofessional.

Not only is it confusing and inconvenient, especially for first-time visitors or elderly customers, but it also creates safety concerns and makes the customer feel unwelcome. There’s absolutely no clear signage or explanation—just manager telling you to “go to the back.” It feels disrespectful and dismissive.

I understand the importance of efficiency, but this is not the solution. Efficiency should never come at the cost of customer service or basic accessibility. If the owners truly wants to improve operations, I suggest he revisits the store’s layout, hires better managers , or invests in a designated front-area pickup system instead of pushing paying customers out the back door like an afterthought.

Do better.

Got a wrap from here yesterday and got food poisoning. Spare yourself.

I’m genuinely astonished at the level of disregard this Tim Hortons location shows for its customers’ wellbeing. I ended up with food poisoning after ordering and waiting for them to make a simple crispy chicken wrap through the drive-thru. It’s unacceptable. This isn't an isolated issue either, another reviewer reported a fly floating in their latte, and countless others have shared similar health and safety concerns.

Someone posted a response they received from the “Guest Care Team,” and after reading through more reviews, it’s clear that this is the same generic copy-pasted reply sent to everyone. They aren't even caring about people's feedback, even on a health and safety level. “Each store is independently owned and operated…”, basically, it’s not a guest care team problem. So what’s the point of customer care if your only response is to deflect responsibility?

If corporate Tim Hortons genuinely cares about their brand, they need to step in and investigate this specific location. The fact that the same dismissive response is being used over and over again, without addressing the actual issues being raised, shows a complete lack of concern for customer safety.

At this point, I’m genuinely worried about the sanitation standards here. Are they even passing health inspections? And if so, is that being done properly?

To anyone reading this: check the other one-star reviews — you’ll see this is a pattern, not a one-off. And to Tim Hortons: this location is dragging down your entire brand. Do better.

UPDATE: I emailed Tim Hortons guest services as the comment suggested. They claimed to have forwarded my comments to the restaurant manager and said they cannot do anything. To date, there has been zero follow up to address this concern.

Terrible service, was pouring rain and I was yelling my order audibly but the drive thru server kept telling me to open my window despite the massive down pour. And to spite me despite having confirmed my order 3 times, they got it wrong anyways. Seriously, terrible service, terrible employees just a bad tim

This place is making Timhortons a solid competitor to Tim Hortons for the best coffee experience in the city.

Drive thru was faster than expected even though it was busy. So that was nice. They got the order right completely. Iced coffee was actually tasty. Pretty much this Tim’s location has it down right ✅

We just bought an iced latte on this location and we found a fly floating. It’s disgusting and people who work here do not ensure cleanliness within their work environment.

On June 1, 2025, I visited the Tim Hortons location at 7235 Keele St. Concord, ON (TH # 2521 - Drive-Thru Order #198 and had a disappointing experience with one of the attendants. While placing an order, the attendant was pushy and impatient, attempting to rush us through the payment process without wanting us to collect points, because our phone was having a minor buffering problem and properly handling the transaction.

When I politely objected to the rushed service, the attendant became argumentative and condescending in speech and tone. This behavior was unprofessional and made for an unpleasant experience.

Expected Resolution
I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and take necessary steps to address the issue. I would appreciate it if the management could:

- *Address the staff behavior*: Provide additional training to staff members on customer service and conflict resolution.
- *Improve customer experience*: Ensure that customers are treated with respect and courtesy during transactions.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a more positive experience at Tim Hortons in the future.
