Ordered a artisan sandwich with salad and cream cheese through app and they gave me with cheese slices, when i told them they say not in stock and i need to ask them before order. I ordered through app and how would i knew its not in stock. Pathetic service and no reimbursement for the food as i left on the counter.
Very poor service and food.

Waiting at front of counter like invisible man. Then they dont wash hand to get your food. Also dont use the washroom because is so dark.

I would suggest you only include fresh lettuce in your apple salad. Quite a bit if it was not fresh, not sure what stopped me from returning it. The rest if it was great, unfreshness can be a real turn-off. When eating here, make sure you request fresh greens. A big name like Wendys, I was taken aback. It's not a place of choice however, in between meetings out of town, needed to find a local place. Hopefully, they step it up for YOU!

I ordered a chicken bowl here and the quantity was so less with just 2 3 pieces of chicken and little amount of rice. I showed them and asked to make a loaded bowl again but after saying that, they have dropped their standard to such level. they refused to make a new one and I had to get refund. The staff was unprofessional and uncooperative. Very disappointed experience

SUPER great staff! Especially the guy with the Pagri/Turban.(couldnt get his name) He gave our food quickly and gave us a smile the whole time. After we changed the order every time due to our kids, he wasnt annoyed. Still smiled and wrote our order. He gifted us a free snack at the end to take.

No one can take ur order down right, I ask for espresso foam these guys put water inside. Like man I get espresso foam everyday i know what its supposed to look like, then they gas light me saying they already put it in.

I asked for black coffee and these guys put sugar in it.

The staff here Inconsistently and incorrectly charges on frequently ordered items. The price changes fairly often for a cup of hot water with milk and or sugar.

It was nice going to Tim Horton's before the pandemic, especially as an Uber Driver. Some of us work the nights and it is hard to find somewhere that has a restroom. After coming out of the pandemic. Tim Hortons and other fast food places that used to be 24/7 drive thru and inside is no more.
