ridiculously terrible customer service. it took 5 clarifications of an item and help from the manager for the cashier to even TRY to find the item on her screen. said nothing, asked no questions- she just said "we don't have that" to everything. roast beef craveable cheese was unmelted.

I would like to know why your employees are refusing to make the “impossible” harvest breakfast sandwich? It is 1pm on a Sunday. And the menu says that it is available until 4pm. They told me that the head office told them not to make it. So why does it say on the menu available til 4. I am not in a rush. I could have waited. Not sure what kind of business this is. To refuse to make food because they don’t want to make it.

By far the slowest Tim Hortons on campus. If you have 10 minutes until your class starts, even if its really close, you might be late to class.
This is the angriest Tim Hortons on campus. I recommend not asking what muffins they have, because you WILL be stared at by the cashier, and be left to figure that out for yourself.
