I’ve always substituted rice with salad in the Habanero Chicken Bowl without extra charge, but today I was told it now costs extra. No notice or explanation was given—disappointing for a loyal customer.

I am regular Customer and this is hands down the worst Tim Hortons location I’ve ever visited. The employee named Jay is unbelievably rude, unprofessional, and clearly has no idea how to treat customers. Every interaction with him has been a nightmare—he ignores people, speaks in the most dismissive tone, and makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing him by simply placing an order.

It’s not a one-time issue either. This has happened multiple times, as i work in mall and visit almost everyday and he behaves this way with everyone, not just me. How does someone like this even keep their job in a customer-facing role?

The overall vibe of this place is miserable because of him. No respect, no courtesy, and absolutely no care for customer experience. If I could give zero stars, I would. Management needs to wake up and fix this immediately, or they’ll keep losing customers.

Wheelchair accessibility: They do have a section for disability that I enjoy cuz I am a disabled customer.. but I would like a little bit more tables for disabled people as well

The Tim Hortons store I visited was decent overall. The coffee was fresh, and the donuts were as expected—soft and tasty. However, the service felt a bit rushed, and the staff could have been more attentive. The seating area was clean but slightly cramped. It’s a reliable spot for a quick bite, but nothing extraordinary.

Two male cashiers were extremely disrespectful and made me feel unwanted, one of them did not get my order right as well while the other was speaking negative comments about me under his breath, overall horrible experience do not recommend .

LIne was very long, but mall was very busy, so that was to be expected. Mobile ordering was not available. Cashier was rude! Yelled "What else???" after I ordered my coffee. I felt I was inconveniencing her by being there. Her tone was the same with the customers behind me.

WORST WORST WORST EXPERIENCE

Hello owner,
I want to bring to your attention about my horrifying experience at your tims on 29th november ,2024 at approx 4:15 pm , when an old slim south indian lady(dark complexion) and a young Punjabi girl were taking orders and serving on rightmost counter of tims. The South indian lady took my order and I ordered a CHICKEN HABANERO BOWL . After waiting for 20 mins i got my bowl and went straight away to my seat as i was hungry but as soon as i opened the bowl to my shock , there wasn’t a single piece of chicken in it after which i very kindly went to the counter and asked those ladies to rectify it because i understand this could be a human error. Nevertheless, i was so shaken and saddened by the behaviour of the south indian lady and that punjabi girl , who in front of lot of other customers, very boldly claimed that i am lying and they can never commit a mistake. I was so embarassed and deeply saddened by the kind of customer service i got , though after another 15 mins of embarassment she added few pieces of chicken to it with a mean face. My wife was also with me who is pregnent and she has a video evidence of it on the phone. So i request you to check your cameras and give me their names along with an apology else i am going to escalate it to higher authorities and on social media(s) anyway.

Disappointing Hot Chocolate Experience

I visited the Tim Hortons at Vaughan Mills Mall (Bass Pro location) on November 20, 2024, at 6:19 PM and ordered a hot chocolate. Unfortunately, it was a big letdown. The drink tasted diluted, as if water was mixed into it, and it was barely warm. It didn’t meet the usual Tim Hortons quality standards, and I ended up throwing it away. The service also left much to be desired—overall, a very disappointing experience.
