I ordered a turkery bacon club. I got 2 peices of turkey. Tims worker here there shouldve been 4, i only had one tomato with 3 pieces of bacon. This was the most disappointing sandwich ive ever had especially for paying so much to get half the items not on it

One of the worst Tim Hortons experiences Iâve had â and thatâs saying something. Visited the location inside Vaughan Mills and was extremely disappointed. There were at least 7-8 staff on shift, yet the service was painfully slow and completely disorganized. Associates seemed confused, uninterested, and were moving at a snailâs pace despite a long line. Took forever just to get a basic coffee. Absolutely no sense of urgency or customer service. If youâre in the mall and craving Tim Hortons, do yourself a favor and skip this one. Total letdown.

The issue here is NOT about the free Timbits â itâs about the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the manager.
the manager was rude, dismissive, and aggressive. She yelled at me, refused to listen, and told me to âgo complain to the companyâ rather than trying to solve the issue.
When I asked for a refund, she continued speaking in a condescending and insulting tone. She even called me âlow classâ and said, âI donât know why you people come here.â This kind of language is completely unacceptable.
This experience left me feeling humiliated and disrespected. A minor app issue became a deeply unpleasant situation because of the managerâs attitude. Tim Hortons needs to seriously look into the behavior of this staff member. No one deserves to be treated like this.

I am working in vaughan mills only. Every morning I order online order at tims , the order preparation is good and hospitality too.
But the girl wearing black nakab / scarf is so rude today morning i asked her about my mobile order .. she ignored twice. I was waiting there. Although order was already prepared. I think this is not what tim Hortons standard stand for. Even i have worked in tims for a year and half but this kind of behaviour is actually not acceptable.

I had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. I ordered an iced mocha and an iced coffee, but the staff told me they had no cream. I said it's okay to make it without cream, but the way she spoke was rude and unprofessional. Some of the items I wanted were also unavailable, and there was no apology or explanation. The service was rushed and unfriendly. Not coming back to this location.

A lot of people means business is good and youâre a faster worker than Starbucks! May 3/25- had some difficulties finding here as itâs not close to the food court but my mom and I had a fun time exploring the mall! My mom accompanied me here and to show thanks I got her some food and others for mommyâs day! I realized Timâs has gone downhill for a while now but at least your speed is good!
