I have really bad experience. I visited today around 4 pm and the ladies were talking to eachother, i even said hii twice but she ignored. And my order took too long to arrive and it was on the desk already prepared but ladies continue talking with the fellow employee(punjabi aunty) who ended her shift. After some time she handed me mine order and i am completely disappointed with the order.
They need to work on customer service. Employess should avoid chit chat while taking orders.

They don’t fill the ice cap all the way to the top like other places. Even after repeatedly asking them to fill it to the top they refused to do so
Tim Hortons never disappoints,Thushi and Bharadwaj make the experience even better! Their service is warm, welcoming, and always efficient. The coffee is fresh, the food is delicious, and the friendly atmosphere keeps me coming back. Huge shoutout to Thushi and Bharadwaj for consistently going above and beyond!

Probably the worst tims I’ve been to. Really highlights the downfall of once an amazing Canadian company. 0 customer service and lack of proper training. The manager is unable to lead his team effectively and efficiently and most of the workers have limited English efficiency. The customer is always right… not the other way around. Do better.
