Touro Brazilian Steakhouse - Vaughan

First time here, experience is perfect. Shoutout to our waiter Ali, he was awesome.

I was disappointed with the meat quality — most of the grilled items were tough and chewy, almost like gum. The only tender piece I had was a small sample slice, and I spent most of the time waiting to be served another bite. I honestly don’t understand where the high reviews are coming from.

I went there with my girlfriend and the experience was good, very nice food and environment, only thing is that the food was taking a bit long to arrive but it was a great experience anyways!

Unfortunately, very bad. As a Brazilian myself, I was disappointed that there wasn’t a single Brazilian working there; the Indians/Pakistanis at the grill didn’t even know how to properly grill meat or what picanha was. When they finally brought the much-anticipated picanha, it was either overcooked or undercooked — they couldn’t get the perfect doneness. Also, there was no salad buffet, which is usually a key part of the experience.
In addition, they didn’t have the typical red and green sign that is essential at a rodízio to signal whether you want more meat or not.
The staff were friendly and nice, but for a churrascaria or rodízio, it’s important to have a Brazilian on site who knows how things work and how a churrascaria should be run.
I’ve been to churrascarias all over the world, but I’ve never had such a bad experience as there.

The waitress was nice but the food was very salty & not very flavorable. The side dishes were bland. The meats were slow in coming out & no food item was memorable but mediocre. It was my first and last visit & I don't recommend to anybody. To be candid, Copa Cabana is far superior in every way & a better experience.

What a great time. Ceasar was our waiter. (Many others help out and are on service) but our personal waiter was Ceasar and he was amazing. Honestly a great guy. Was very polite made sure anything and I mean anything we asked for we got within minutes. We went for my son's 22 birthday he got a slice of very delicious cake!! Ceasar made sure everything was perfect at all times. I will definitely recommend this location and tell people about my great experience. All food was cooked to perfection. Sides kept coming as we ordered. Next time gonna go and hopefully see the dancers we went a bit early. 👌

We have been to Touro's at the Richmond Hill location before and had an absolutely amazing experience, as it far exceded expectations and our waiter was present, knolegable, and thoughtful. We when we had some friends coming into town we thought we would visiting the Vaughan location as we didn't want to travel as fair to Richmond Hill, though we were disappointed to say the least and I wish we had just gone back to the Richmond Hill location. At Vaughan we waited about 10 minutes upon arriving at our reservation time as our table wasn't ready, even though I had called to confirm the reservation earlier in the day. Once at the table our waitress seemed disorganized, not quite on the ball, and lacked in information when it came to the wine menu (which in the end was almost compleatly out of stock). The food which is always good, was also slow to get out and even though we were right beside the kitchen it felt like we were being skipped constantly, they made two rounds with items we had already tried, before coming with new items for us to have. Even though the food was good the experience was not what we had come to expect of Touros and we will not be returning to the Vaughan location only the Richmond Hill one.
