food is mid but the service is 10/10!!

What was supposed to be a nice meal turned into one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we sat down, everything felt disorganized and neglected. Servers were barely around, and when they did show up, it felt like an inconvenience for them to serve us. The meat rotation was painfully inconsistent, with long stretches of nothing followed by low-quality cuts that were either cold, overly fatty, or cooked beyond saving. Several pieces were so tough they were impossible to chew. The sides were stale, poorly stocked, and clearly sitting out far too long. The overall cleanliness of the place was questionable, which became painfully obvious when a hair ended up in our food — absolutely unacceptable. For the price they charge, this experience was embarrassing. I left frustrated, disappointed, and certain I will never come back.

This was not at all what I expected when coming to Touro. The service was painfully slow, with long gaps between servers bringing out meat. At one point, we waited close to 10 minutes just to be served. The food itself was disappointing, only a couple of meat cuts were decent, while most were dry, chewy, or poorly cooked. The buffet sides were equally underwhelming and added nothing to the meal. To make matters worse, a long hair was found in one of the meat servings, which completely ruined the experience. Overall, it was a very unpleasant visit and definitely not worth it. I would not return.

Never have I ever been to a Brazilian Steakhouse. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. I although I had forgotten the cuts of meat that I had, I recall the parmesan one and spicy one being my favourite. There were other tables celebrating special occasions and it appears the staff light sparklers and a small dessert for that. All and all great experience!

It's my first time here. We had a reservation and was seated right away. We were greeted by out server Sydney. She was fantastic and the service she gave us was top notch 👌 👏. This place is a all you can eat steak house with lots of options. Sydney brought us a nice bread basket to start with our drinks. She explained everything we needed to know and then we headed to the buffet. There was a salad bar, sauce bar for your meat. Hot food from vegetables to rices and potatoes. Plus much more. Once you turn your coaster over to the green side. All the meat start showing up, hot and freshly cut in front of you. If you need a break flip it over to the red side. We tried 5 different kinds of steak 😋. There was also chicken and sausage, plus pineapple. My favorite was the Parmesan steak with the pineapple. All the meat was tender and juicy. Don't forget to get the dessert menu at the end of your meal. Large selection of dessert and they are all good. I recommend you come here. You need to eat here! Sheyam was amazing and super attentive! The rest of the staff were so kind and when we asked for specific meats, they brought it over promptly. Even the manger asked us if we were having a good time and we were! I have nothing but the highest praise for the staff here

I celebrated my birthday here, I loved it so did my friends but the reason I put 4 stars is I was a bit disappointed with the buffet I was expecting more options not white plain rice and some potatoes, especially for the price you guys need to do better plus I chose this place because of my past experience with brassa at Niagara Falls. The people serving meats weren’t really coming at our table we had to call them and still some didn’t even passed and I love the pineapple but the guy only passed once. Overall it’s was a grate experience and shout out to our server

Food is the usual Brazilian steakhouse, but some items were very well cooked. Spicy steak is a must. The service was great. Nice atmosphere, it was not extremely busy for a Friday evening in December.

Been here a few times, and it just seems to be getting worse and worse by year. Waiting forever between meat offerings is not acceptable, and both the quality and selection is lacking. Sides are of poor quality, not refilled that often. Not to mention they are back to buffet self serve, which is pretty unhygienic. Definitely going to keep going to the competition, cause simply isn't worth visiting here anymore.

This restaurant has a good flow to their table service. They serve high quality meats and have a good selection of sides. Employees were very personable. Overall I had a good experience here and would recommend it to others.

Alright, so me and my husband had a date night and we reserved a table. let me tell you when we got in, the host wanted to sit us beside the bathrooms and I was like sorry I don’t want to sit there and she was a bit token a back and said “idk if I have space” mind you the restaurant wasn't busy busy. Anywho she sat us somewhere els were we got served by Ethan and he was a fantastic server. He definitely made our night more memorable!!! So thank you Ethan!!

While a fun experience its very expensive. The buffet style service was a bit underwhelming, luckily the meat was excellent. A family of 4 was over $400 with a few cocktails and desserts, we definitely can't eat enough to make it worth it. Unfortunately, we found we preferred the *other* Brazilian steakhouse much better.

Please bring back the bacon wrapped chicken and steak. Those were my 2 favourite items. When I was there with coworkers last week, I was dissappointed to find out you guys don't make either bacon wrapped items anymore. You will get the 2 stars back if you bring them back.

Disgusting!

The food is absolute garbage, and ridiculously expensive!

The side dishes are very basic, and do not get refilled, so by 8pm there is nothing left to choose from… but you wouldn’t want to choose any of it anyway, because they all look disgusting.

The meat is mostly disgusting too.

No wonder the place was empty on a Friday night. Yet somehow the staff still had a hard time keeping up.

All this for $150 per person after taxes and tips with a dessert and a glass of wine.

Go to Copacabana, it’s infinitely better in every way.
