A group of 4 went to Trio to try their Vaughan Flavours dinner for $45. Our experience was average. There could have been better communication between the server and our group. We waited a long time for the entrees. The salad and dressing were bland. The risotto and linguine were very tasty. The berry tart was delicious. The lava cake did not have a runny core which was disappointing. We liked the roominess and decor of the restaurant. Unfortunately I don't think that we will return.

We discovered this restaurant because it was close to work. Patio season is now opened, and we really enjoy watching the sunset outside :)
Service is friendly and courteous, and always checking in on us to make sure we have everything we need.

Had a late dinner while staying at Novotel after a late flight; Greek salad with added salmon, glass of wine. Restaurant was almost empty, service was fast and courteous, food was excellent despite being simple. Will return to hotel and most likely to the restaurant as well.

I was a bit skeptical dining here but boy was I wrong. Service is phenomenal and food was excellent. We ordered the calamari, soup, meatball sandwich, burger and bruschetta. Would definitely go here again. It appears that no one dines here, but this is definitely a hidden gem!

Wow came here with a friend for a late night dinner and we were in the area. We had their festive 3 course dinner for $65, best bang for your buck. Huge steak and everything was so tasty. Their cocktails are well priced too. The dining area has an elevated atmosphere

Rooms are new n precious. I5yý⁶t located inside the lobby of novotel hotel. Cozy n nice place, it good to chill with friends n taking a little bite or dinner. Friendly n friendly staff. Lot of free parking on site. Come n check it out.

Fantastic food and a beauty spot. Had a quick bite before a wedding, but told them that and took almost 30 minutes to get a charcuterie board. Also didn't get the second item we ordered, which we had to cancel assuming it also might take 30 min. Again, understand that it's tough to hire right now and most of the staff seamed newish.

Hands down, an AMAZING restaurant!! You never know what to expect at hotel, but Trio knocked it out of the park. Large menu offering, big portions, tasty cocktails. One picky kid, and the chef was super accommodating and we even asked for her to come table side for a personal shoutout! Highly recommend. Tea, you made our visit so much fun, thank you!
