Terrible service with bad manners and they were too busy talking with their coworkers while placing and preparing my order. I also didn’t receive any loyalty points for my order even though they “scanned” my QR code. Order through the app to avoid the in person experience if you can.
Panika did not listen to customers orders properly. Two people before me got their orders messed up and mine also got messed up even after making sure he heard mine multiple times to make sure it was clear what I wanted. Will not go again
Good location and service
The food was great the multiple times I went here. Staff were polite, and everything was fresh and packaged nicely.

Overall the food quality is pretty good for a Wendys location. Service is quick even in the drive through. I would definitely recommend going to this Wendys location over the other nearby Wendys locations.

Staff don’t know how to pack the food for the delivery. They put drinks like in very bad manner. All the drinks are split out, so please pack properly because we get report.

Worst customer service experience. They got our order wrong many times, and they kept having to correct the order, while getting angrier at us. We asked for a large poutine, and they told us that they don't do large poutine (even though we know they do large poutine), and they ended up finding the large poutine box size. We waited for a long while just for them to finish our order, and in the end, it was wrong and more expensive. I asked for a double mushroom burger, but they were going to charge me for a triple bacon. I said i didnt want a drink, and they charged me for one anyways. My wife had said she wanted a skor caramel brownie (said it many times), but they gave her a regular skor blizzard. When we corrected them, they started to argue with us; even though I said I would pay the difference. Very rude and unprofessional.
They even charged us $2 extra for gravy on the large poutine, but there wasn't much gravy on it.

Not from around here. But where I am from i work at a Wendy’s and never once would I serve a customer food like this. Absolutely disgusting. Do better.

I enjoy Wendy’s breakfast very much and come here every morning. They always have good deal /promotion for breakfast. And the food is always fresh and delicious. The staff here are all very nice.
