staff working in the morning, too slow to come and take the order on counter, way too slow after that to prepare and bring the food. No greetings and smile on the face. suggestions to improve the service please.
Be careful, the kitchen most of the time its dirty and messy, and i found a rat poop in my burguer last time, never coming back, i hope they change the staff bc this people its so antihygiene

No longer fast food, 3rd Wendy’s location I have been to in the last month that says it will take 7-10 minutes to make basically anything. And then it takes 20. And I’m the only person they are serving. Not sure what the employees are doing but something tells me they just don’t care as much as they should because no one cares to make them. Bad owner = bad location, pick anywhere else even the Keg may server you quicker

Terrible service with bad manners and they were too busy talking with their coworkers while placing and preparing my order. I also didn’t receive any loyalty points for my order even though they “scanned” my QR code. Order through the app to avoid the in person experience if you can.
Panika did not listen to customers orders properly. Two people before me got their orders messed up and mine also got messed up even after making sure he heard mine multiple times to make sure it was clear what I wanted. Will not go again
