The location is a little chaotic but the food was good and the service was good too! I ordered the Krusty krab burger and it was great ??

I love Wendy’s but this location is very poorly run.
Fries are ALWAYS COLD AND THEY NEVER FILL UP A LARGE FRIES TO THE TOP.
This happens every single time.
Please do better!

Stopped here on route to the Airport - wasn’t expecting much. Both burgers were hot and juicy! Steam was coming off of them and same with the chicken wrap. It’s been a very long time since I had super hot and fresh burgers from Wendy’s but this place was it. Pleasantly surprised.

This place manages to mess up your order about 85% of the time. When you order extra toppings on the mobile app they do not even bother adding it. Couple of days ago ordered an egg and bacon wrap..... They did not add bacon, killed my morning. Anyway it's not that good of a location and the staff don't care about their service

I have visited this location before , with no problems , I visited pct 3rd staff seems changed not sure but everyone’s attitude was horrible , from the person on the first window to the person on the second window , everyone looked mad they also gave me the wrong order , really disappointed, I would definitely not go back , it’s sad since is the closest to my home . Staff really gives a horrible experience.

I have been going to this Wendy's for years. Every I would say 2 visits something is wrong with my order. Either missing something or short change me on my fries. I still keep going back to them because I live in the area. No more. Today I bought 5 BC burgers received only 3. They were unrecognizable like a toddler put them together. Large drink no ice got ice no big deal. Got large fries half empty but they were mostly end cut of the potatoes. People wake up dollar value and low chance of food poisoning go eat at another fast food chain. Stay safe.

Aug 17, Saturday 8.55 PM the girls in front extremely uneducated and rude. Fire these clueless idiots and get some respectful workers for your business.
The girl who took my order was friendly, the girl who served my food was rude and abrasive. She called my order number, I said I ordered eat in, my food was in a bag, she tossed the bag on a tray knocking over my drink. I asked for ketchup which she threw in the bag. Food was good and hot. Washroom was filthy, with overflowing bins. The manager who refilled my drink was very friendly. I mentioned the washrooms and she said she'd have them looked at. Some people understand the concept of customer service and some definitely don't.

Worst wendys connected to the worst tim Hortons lol go figure. I simply asked for a bag of croutons with my side Caesar salad and they gave me a bunch of attitude lol I don't even understand why, and when they gave me the bag it was all crushed powder so I politely asked them to exchange it and they started arguing with me saying they're all like that. I'm like OK can I just get a different one, yet they didn't want to exchange it, I just shrugged it off and asked a third time, like pointless, just please exchange it, they finally did , after two reps tried being argumentative absolutely for no reason. They have zero customer service skills. Never going back, will drive out of my way to a different location after this experience. This bag mind you is way better then the last one lol.

I walked in and wanted the French onion burger, there was just a poster and I couldn't see the price and option anywhere so I ask the cashier for the information, she started giving me attitude after my second question about the full price for the combo. I kinda ignored it at first. And then when I asked for the strawberry lemonade, she up charge me which is fine. But when she scooped a whole lot of ice I said it's okay no ice. And that's when I saw more attitude from her, and still I ignored it. When she game me my drink it wasn't filled to the top so I asked her to fill it to the top because I paid for it... and that's when she looked at my cup like I did something wrong? That's when I said you know what please fill it to the top, and you pull stop giving me attitude. Worse service ever
