Absolutely appalled at the fact that this establishment gave my child a half eaten hamburger. HOW that happens or HOW they let that out the door is outrageous. The only compensation that was offered was to switch the burger - no refund was offered! Serious health concern.

Make sure you specify is you made alterations to your combo as this establishment is not the cheapest, got 2 teen combos with rings and asked for 1 to be without ketchup and mustard & add mayo, drove back home to sadly realize it was on. Check your bags before you leave just a recommendation. I did call back and explain the situation and they were kind enough to give me a complimentary teen burger combo with rings & another teen on the side. For that I am grateful 🙏 thankyou Raman

Had to sit through dinner listening to 8 guys roaring laughing for half an hour, non stop. Staff wouldn't do anything about it.
