When asking a simple question about the pricing, the women at the register could not give me an answer and was uninformed so a male came over the the cash and explained it to me in a very rude tone and was being very abrasive even though I was just seeking information.My concern was that the breakfast combo price did not match the price that was ringing up on the register and when I asked about it the women could not tell me a straight answer. The combo price is 8.39 plus tax and the price that was ringing up was 4.99 + 2.39 +1.31 =8.69 plus tax. The base price was ringing up 30 cents more then the listed price. When I asked what is included in the combo for the drink, I was first told by the women - small coffee, orange juice, apple juice and a fountain drink. When I questioned again about the price not matching up, a male came to the register and was speaking in a very rude tone. I told him I was fine paying the price but wanted to know what drink is included in the combo price. He then told me there is a up charge for orange juice. He said if you go to any other restaurant there is an up charge for orange juice. So I ask for a third time, what drink is included in the combo price. Eventually I was told a small coffee was included. All the other items are an up charge.A solution seems to be retraining. This issue could have been avoiding if the women initially told me that a small coffee is included and there is an option of other drinks but will be an up charge. It would also be wise to retrain employees to not be rude and abrasive when customers ask for questions about pricing.This was my first experience at A&W for breakfast and frankly due to the poor customer service I find it hard to want to spend my money here when the customer service was so poor. I did enjoy the food, although it was a little greasy.

We got Service and Food beyond our expectations specially hats off to NAVPREET and AMRIT who made our visit a very special one. They deserving upcoming employee of the month. I come almost every night to get the same sandwich BLT CHICKEN CRUNCHER and they make it very very special one.
