The Cookstown Subway is always such a great experience. It’s run by a mother, father, and sometimes their son — and you can really feel that family touch. The customer service is amazing. They always remember my orders & is polite and kind, it really makes every visit welcoming. Honestly a true breath of fresh air every time I come in.

I ordered foot long from subway tanger’s outlet, staff was so friendly and warm welcoming customer. They made me a veggie delight foot long as per I requested and it was so fresh and yummy. Veggie patty was freshly made and properly cooked as well as salad was so fresh as per subway’s highest standard and cookies are also made with love for sides. I would definitely recommend subway at Tanger’s outlet for stopover and feed for family will never let you down. I would definitely coming back every week with family.

This is one of the best Subway locations I’ve visited. The staff were friendly, and everything was fresh and well prepared. I ordered a chicken teriyaki sub, and it was made perfectly. The store was clean, you can clearly tell its well taken care of.

I am so happy to share that they have reopened after a long closure due to a fire incident in the neighbourhood. I used to come here before, and I must say they have remained consistent in their service, always with the same warm, smiling faces. Additionally, a few new items have been added to the SUBWAY menu. I’ll definitely be back to try them all!

Best sub I had yet and I have been from Ontario to British Columbia stopping at subways on the way and this was the best tasting sub. My co worker and I even ate inside. Dining area is small but was okay

Worst subway in history…. Absolutely disgusting customer service… just a short little story for you guys… They were pointing at us speaking in their language ) that was my first issue. But let get to the point…. Came in here after work to grab a sub. I order my bread and my type of sandwich. They slap on the meat and cheese than proceeds to toast it. I never asked for it toasted. When they took it out of the toaster they must have switched it up with another sandwich. So now I’m adding my topping to another sandwich that isn’t mine. I sit down to eat it that’s where I notice because when your adding your toppings you cannot see the top of your bread… Needless to say I go back to address the situation. The gentleman tell me it’s MY FAULT.. I was not paying attention to them making it. I tried to explain the same thing to him as I just did her. I corrected her 2 times before that because of the cheese she didn’t ask.and then going ahead and toasting it. It seems to me they don’t want to take ownership for mistakes and try to make it out to be the customers fault. If I’m not mistaken a restaurants job is to welcome/ respect their guest nevermind get their order right and bluntly just don’t care. Thanks so much guys I defiantly will remember my experience at this subway … LAUGH OUT LOUD… Our subs weren’t even wrapped properly had to ask for our cup and cookies … Napkinss? I got dirty looks going back for those.
