the food was good but there is a big need to teach the staff some basic work knowledge. They didn't even bothered to put my sandwich in a bag nor hand me any napkins . The guy was not attentive at all what I was telling him . RUINED MY DAY .

I’ve been to Subway many times and usually have a great experience, but this was my first time visiting this particular location and it will be my last.

When I go to Subway for lunch, I typically order a 6-inch sub for myself and a small side of rotisserie chicken for my baby son, as it’s easier for him to eat. At every other Subway I’ve visited, I’ve only ever been charged for a side of chicken, not a full sub. However, the sales representative at this location insisted that I had to be charged for a sub in order to get the chicken.

I politely explained that I’ve always paid for just a side because I’m a frequent customer at subway, but the employee continued to argue. The manager (or owner) came out from the back, spoke to the employee in another language, and then repeated the same thing, that this time they would charge me for a side, but next time they would have to charge me for a sub.

This inconsistency and lack of customer service was very disappointing. I won’t be returning to this location again. Subway should ensure all franchises honor the same pricing practices and treat customers fairly, especially loyal ones who frequent the brand regularly.

Place is clean and the service was fine. But ; 1) they don’t honour Subway advertised specials of any kind; 2) they scrimp on all the sub contents. For example, most Sub shops put 5 scoops of tuna in, they put only 4. We bought teen subs and found both were thinner than other stores. It also seems they charge slightly more.

I am writing to formally report a very unpleasant experience I had at one of your locations at Tanger outlets. During my visit, I encountered extremely rude and disrespectful behavior from three staff members. One of them, named Paul, stood out as the most unprofessional and disrespectful.
Their attitude and tone made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a paying customer, I believe it's reasonable to expect basic courtesy and professionalism from staff, and unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit.
I hope you will look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure no other customer has a similar experience.

The cashier dont have his name ..is absolutely horrible in customer service..does not even apologies for such horrible service.

The staff is very rude. He was very unhygienic and was not wearing gloves. He was itching his face while making and we were disgusted . Worst customer service and he was showing attitude. The atmosphere was horrible. If there was a option for negative stars I would have given.
