It's very distasteful that the manager Vera thought it was appropriate to discipline staff for unseeable circumstances in front of a bunch of customers, letting them know that in-store customers who have been waiting for fresh food aren't nearly as important as outside customers at the window. Very disappointed to hear.

I visited today around 9:30 and asked for your much advertised loaded croissant only to be told they had none. Then I decided on the loaded box. I asked for them to be bagged for ease of handling and was told they could not bag them. It is not the exception but the rule for this location, as I am never surprised as they are occasionally out of the product I am looking for.

I had a fantastic experience at Tim Hortons thanks to Ann Marie. She was welcoming, efficient, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect with my order. It’s rare to find someone who balances speed with genuine friendliness, but she manages it effortlessly. Her attention to detail and positive attitude make the visit so much more enjoyable. Tim Hortons is lucky to have such a dedicated and kind employee. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the great service.

Only time horton that I have ever seen where you cant do two orders at the empty drive thru absolutely ridiculous that they took 5 minutes to make my food afterward maybe get more staff to compensate for your lack oglf work ethic

Staff just goofing around, no hash browns or scrambled eggs at 9:30am. Dirty tables. Disgusted. Asked for no sauce on wrap came with sauce. Waited 10 minutes for huge disappointment

This is one of the best service and good customer interaction that i ve been seeing over a few timmy's recently.
Look, it's not perfect. It never will be. It's Tim Hortons. This is not an artisanal bistro or even a small local coffee shop. It's a chain restaurant. Sometimes, your drink will not be stirred. Sometimes, your food will take longer than you feel it should. That happens, its life. Some, even a lot, of the people that work here care about their job. Most don't. You are being served by teens in high school, twenty year olds upset with where their life is at, and people who are counting down the days until retirement. This is the exact same situation as every chain restaurant. Now, with all this said, it absolutely does deserve 5 stars. I'm honestly not a huge fan of timmies, but I'm canadian, so that hasn't stopped me from visiting all locations between Alliston and Barrie. I've also visited most locations between here, Orangeville, and Godrich. In my experience, this is easily in my top three locations. For quality, speed of service, and most notably, the employees. Because, yeah, despite most not actually caring about the job, they usually care about the customers' experience and try their best to make it positive.
