Poor customer service and shortage of staff they only focus on drive thru

I was pleasantly surprised to see your staff accommodating a customer who spoke very little English. Anna Marie was very sweet and spoke Spanish to get an order, the customer was so happy. Very nice of her.

Ordered a Boston cream with nothing in the middle.
We came through the drive-thru to order a protein latte hot coffee with brown sugar. After waiting about five minutes, we finally got the drink—only to find out it had no brown sugar at all. We went back through the drive-thru to let them know, and the staff insisted they did add the sugar. When we said it wasn’t sweet, they told us they would need to check the camera before giving us any. We were honestly shocked that they wouldn’t just correct such a simple mistake.
Since we were heading out on a long trip, we went inside to sort it out. The manager was extremely rude, unprofessional, and showed zero customer service skills. Instead of listening, he acted like we were lying and said he couldn’t provide brown sugar without reviewing the footage. After checking the cameras, he finally came back and admitted the staff member had not added the brown sugar. He remade the drink—but didn’t apologize once for the huge inconvenience.
We wasted so much time over something so simple. For a $5.75 latte, this level of service is completely unacceptable. Managers like this will only bring down Tim Hortons’ reputation. Such a terrible experience—we are never coming back. The manager seriously needs training on how to treat customers with basic respect. This whole situation was unforgettable for all the wrong reasons.
Every time I come here, they don’t have what I’ve ordered. How does a Tim Hortons not have regular eggs at 9 am on a Monday morning? A disappointing location.

Nice enough for a Tim Hortons. The entryway bottlenecks too much, bathrooms need extra stalls, men's and women's. The register servers could help a little more with explanation of separate pickup locations for different parts of the order. The flow of customer traffic might be smoother. The pizzas we ordered could have been more generously topped. The edges were dry for almost 2 inches all around 😞. Flavor was good and staff friendly enough.

This is the last time I visit this store. Extremely poor service for anyone who takes the time to enter the store rather than drive thru.
It took over 15 minutes to get two toasted bagels with plain cream cheese and there was no one in front of me. Also, one was the wrong bagel.
The staff just wants to socialize with each other rather than fill orders.
Also, there was no lineup at the drive thru so reason for any delay in service.

If I could give zero at a star rating I would, the service that my friend and I experienced today was absolutely awful and unprofessional, we are regulars at this Tim Hortons often coming in on our breaks, today we were rushed through ordering and the order taker hadn’t even let us finish speaking before totalling it, When we were not done ordering. Upon pulling up to the window I was “greeted” with a very unwelcoming attitude from the manager Vera, she was very inconsiderate when I had said I needed more to order, she placed all blame on me for not ordering at the com and closing the window on me mid sentence, her tone was un called for, further more, she had kept repeating how incredibly inconvenient I was being by finishing ordering at the window and how I was “holding up” the drive thru, going as far as saying I was done ordering and couldn’t order more. She was ignorant, rude and so unprofessional, I was very annoyed leaving this Tim’s today’s with how I was spoken to and treated AND my order being mostly wrong. So much more could be said about the situation that unfolded today and the many other times I’ve had negative interactions with staff. Over all I’m very irritated and disappointed, Do better.

Okay my fault that I didn’t know scrambled eggs were finished at 11. But no regular eggs, no hashbrowns, had to CHECK if they had COLD BREW. Said yes, handed me a cold brew that has zero coffee flavour at all and looks like pure milk/cream. This location is extremely inconsistent which sucks because it’s the one that makes the most sense on the way to work. Never have everything you plan on ordering.

I cannot thank Annmarie enough for being so kind to my mother. She helped her to her seat, took her order and was so kind. My mother loves her!! It’s wonderful to see employees like this still exist! Thank you Annmarie, we will be back!

It's very distasteful that the manager Vera thought it was appropriate to discipline staff for unseeable circumstances in front of a bunch of customers, letting them know that in-store customers who have been waiting for fresh food aren't nearly as important as outside customers at the window. Very disappointed to hear.
