This has got to be THE WORST Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. They never know how to make the signature drinks properly. I end up having to guide them when to add whipped toppings/drizzles to advertised beverages that are showing said toppings…. Constantly sending out wrong orders and having to go back. Espresso machine is being cleaned in the mornings and not operable. Which is a no brainer that is when everyone wants their espresso!!! This Tim Hortons is on the way to work for me and even though I do try to avoid it, many days I have to resort to this one and it always fails to disappoint me. I literally just shake my head and go over every drink/item they hand me to make sure it is correct. Management needs to do better! Corporate needs to read these reviews and do better!!

I came in the drive-thru ordered english muffin with hash brown and chipotle inside, but got only hashbrown no chipotle inside the muffin therefore asked for chipotle and staff replied you were not charged for that, i said there is no charge if i need it inside. However, i still agreed to pay, but they gave me dipping to put it inside by myself. If i have to make my breakfast by myself, why would i come to tims. It makes no sense. Staff was rude and didn't gave me napkins as well. Date was sep,11,2024 time was 1:40pm aprox.

Order coffee everyday and the last week it's been lacking. I know you guys stir the beverages when you're making them but somehow manage to give out drinks that don't match the order... Why have my large TT's looked like murky swap water?

I am disgusted and appalled with the disrespect my family got from this Tim Hortons location. We tried to place two separate orders via drive-thru. There was no one behind us or in front of us in line. And they denied my wife. Three kids. And I service because they don't do more than one order through drive-thru. I have tried to contact head office. No one has got back to me. When i called in Supervisor was not friendly at all and did not give me her name. When I asked to speak to management she said she wasn't there when I got a little heated on the phone magically the manager was there and then she didn't want to come to the phone to speak to me. This is no way to run a business. It looks like Tim Hortons is making so much money that they reserve the right to deny family food just for trying to place two separate orders via drive-thru that was roughly $50 worth of food. Took my service to McDonald's. Place two separate orders via drive-thru and no problems. Most of these locations are getting dirtier. Disrespecting their customers. Barely speaking fluent English.. throwing food quickly into cars to get them out of drive-thru quicker And consistently upping their prices. Stop giving these people business folks

My wife and a couple of friends ordered an English Muffin for breakfast, and they saved so much on the ingredients. Also, the packaging of the muffin was a mess, and the two pieces of Nefkin that were put in the bag were really a mess, as if they had been packed by hand. I really regret not taking a picture. Then wouldn’t it be okay to ask for Nefkin again? There may be people who ask, but the feeling has already gone far away... If this is all done by a beginner, training may need to be done again.

Very disappointed with tim Hortons as a whole franchise. It's time to wake up and ho back to what you use to be.
