I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. I ordered a vegetarian cilantro wrap and instead was given one full of bacon and chicken. Not only did this completely ruin my meal, but it also shows total carelessness and disrespect for customers’ choices and dietary needs. On top of that, the employee Jonna was incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. This is unacceptable. If staff can’t get a simple order right and treat customers with basic respect, then I will not be returning — and I will make sure others know to avoid this place as well.

The Tim Hortons at Tanger is a nice spot for coffee and snacks The place is clean and the staff are friendly Service is quick and the menu has good options like bagels muffins and steeped tea It’s a good stop if you want something fast and fresh

I went there yesterday with my friends there is someone named bridget she took our order and she made me the wrong drinks when i told her to change it she talk to me with aggressive tone moreover she was using her mobile phone she doesn’t even know what good customer service is

I had a very disappointing experience with Bridget on sunday . Her attitude was unprofessional and rude, which made me feel disrespected as a customer. The way she spoke and handled the situation lacked basic courtesy and proper service standards. She needs to learn the basics of customer service, especially how to treat people with respect and professionalism.
