Last night 6 pm was the very first time I have experienced or reviewed. The young man at the counter after I had ordered a Papa meal deal with rings, informed me they were out of rings for the night. As I stood closed mouth for about 20 seconds wondering how this can happen. I proceeded to order with fries and within half a minute my meal was ready. Needless to say it was not hot nor was it cold. Friday night 6pm no rings very disappointed cornwall ontario

My experience at the Cornwall location was great. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We felt very welcomed, and the service was friendly and upbeat. I’d definitely recommend coming here for breakfast again.

Idk why this place has so many high reviews. The cheeseburger looked and tasted like it was microwaved from Walmart, the onion rings were under-fried and soggy, and the root beer tasted like a wet paper cup. All that for an expensive price tag! The employees were nice but the service was a little slow compared to other chains like McDonalds.

I'll keep it simple, service was fast, meal was hot and fresh, very good burger and kept together well without to much or too little sauce and ingredients, I had the sweet potato fries and they were fresh and very good. I well enjoyed my meal hear and would eat here again, only nit pick is some of the staff were loud with their personal conversations at times and its a very open building design so the sound travels easliy, but not constant so I was set off by it or anything. Good job staff, keep it up!

My experience at the Cornwall location was awesome. Evangeline was awesome. She went above and beyond to make our stay here very nice. She was very welcoming to the restaurant and very friendly. Service with a smile. Would recommend coming here for breakfast again
Tired of paying big money for burger and coney fries ordered take out payed for apple pie once again did not get it I tried to call the store but you can not so again robbed I took a picture if anyone wants to see

I love A&W, however I ordered the BLT Chicken Cruncher. One lettuce leaf, mayo and crunchy chicken on a bun…missing the toasted bun, the bacon and the tomato 😔
